Writer's Block/ Issues

Alrighty here we go again.

So I'm currently in a state of awful writer's block for my story Legend of Zelda: Relics of Stone. I know what the rest of the plot is, but for the life of me I can't seem to put it into words. I can't tell much because spoilers suck and no one likes them, but I am, currently, stuck on this one chapter and can't seem to get the plot to flow the way I want.

That leads to another thing. You know how everyone says that the writer controls the character? Well, hah, no, they don't. Role players know this well, but the writers do not control their characters. At least, not fully. Because one of these characters, Volga Ironheart, is so frigging stubborn and no matter what I want to do with him his personality is basically like

"Hah, nope, I wanna do this" and I can't see it happen any other way than how his personality and demeanor would act and its so FRUSTRATING because...well...plot is hard when the main characters of the plot don't want to do that plot you know?

Same for Vaati, another LoZ character I'm using. I wanted him to be all bada$$ and cool in the beginning but nope. He just turned out to be a little marshmallow. An adorable marshmallow who nearly dies because he can't dodge arrows. HE WASN'T SUPPOSED TO BE THE ONE TO ALMOST DIE THAT WAS VOLGA.

Urgh. Writing books, even just a fan-fiction, is a lot harder than it sounds... please tell me someone agrees and I'm not the only one to feel this way. Now I'm going to put pictures of my little minish Vaati and my bada$$ Dragon Knight Volga Ironheart.

How can you humanly say no to those adorable faces? I mean look at them!

Okay, maybe Volga isn't as terrifying without his helmet... his dragon form is pretty fear-inspiring though.

There we go that's better :3

FYI most of these little rant chapter thingies are probably gonna have pictures in them because I'm a bored human being and I like sharing my pictures with peeps.
