Imagine being the only one who can mess with Logan without him getting angry or releasing his claws onto you

Everyone in the mansion knows that Logan has anger issues and looks like everyone is going to be murder by him if they even talk to him for anything but always give sarcastic remarks to Scott and other members of the team but for you, you get away with it

Now you haven't known Logan for long since you were here from the beginning but everyone knows that he has a soft spot for you but you were oblivious to the fact you thought that he just didn't want to hurt you despite your gifts being like his healing factor but only Charles knew about that since you kept it hidden from everyone else and also had teleportation so it was easier to get from point A to point B

Here are some of the ways that you can get away with anything when it comes to Logan:

Example 1:

Logan was having a bad day since he had to spend a few weeks on a mission with Scott and Jean since Charles wanted them to bond as a team even though he knew that they wouldn't get along so when he came back he was being an ass to people

"welcome back" you spoke out chipperly as you followed Jean and Scott back into the mansion while Logan was somewhere else before you even got there

"I would stay away from Logan dear he's not exactly in the best of moods" Jean spoke out softly making you nod as you took in her advice but ignored it at the same time

After 30 minutes of trying to find him and several people telling you to leave him alone so you don't get hurt you found him in the garage by his bike making you smile softly

"so big bad wolf what's wrong with you?" you asked amused as you moved to sit on his bike cross legged leaning down to look at him slightly

"none of your business" he spoke out in a gruff tone but it wasn't as angry as he was 30 minutes ago but a few people were watching by the door in protection for you not him

"oh, come on you can tell me I'm not going to bite" you spoke out messing with his hair a bit which didn't faze him since he didn't mind it but concerned them since they knew he could easily snap and stab you like he did to Rogue

"Scott was being an ass during the whole mission and Jean wasn't exactly helping either to stop the situation" he spoke out after a few moments but only did it loud enough for you to hear him since he sensed the others were by the door

"I see well while your fixing your bike how about I make you some tea? How many sugars do you take?" you asked as you poofing next to the bike standing up so he sighed and nodded making you smile and went to make him some tea

"only a few but don't bother yourself I don't want you to go out of your way to get me something" he spoke out as he looked at you with a slightly craned neck

"I don't mind since you can't exactly have a beer now can you" you joked as you teleported away to the kitchen and had a small conversation with Rogue when you got there since she was sitting at the island

After a few moments you came back and set the tea next to him while he fixing his bike and smiled back you a bit before going back to the bike while you went back to do whatever you wanted leaving them shocked

Example 2:

Logan was walking around the mansion teaching some students and observing others all the while he was having a cigar in his mouth which Charles didn't like and you as well as everyone else knew he didn't 

"Logan we spoke about this butt it out or go outside away from the students" Charles spoke out as he stood in front of him with his arms crossed

"I'm halfway through this one just let me finish it" Logan spoke out with it still in his mouth while the smoke filled the air making him sigh again

"Logan just put it out I mean think of the children some kids could be asthmatic" Alex spoke out looking up at him but it didn't get him to stop or put it out

Jean looked at him as well as Scott and Kurt to try and get him to stop but wouldn't so Jean tried to take it out of his mouth but his held her wrist and gave her a warning glare which made Charles sigh again

"Y/N can you come to the main foyer please" Charles spoke out mentally to you since he knew this was the only option and after a few moments you were next to Charles and you looked up at Logan "can you tell Logan to stop smoking" Charles spoke out as he motioned to Logan who took a puff of his cigar and put it back in his mouth

You observed him for a moment as he let go of Jean's hand so she could step back but you took out the cigar from his mouth without being stopped and teleported that into the ocean that was surrounding the school with a flick of your wrist

"you know the rules Logan no smoking in the school and on the grounds" you scolded Logan making him roll his eyes but you knew he was paying attention to you "I mean it Logan no smoking" you added wagging your finger in his face

"fine whatever" he spoke out as he moved to walk away while you and Charles shared a look that radiated 'tired parent' look

"thank you Y/N" Charles smiled as he gave you a curt nod before walking away to go to observe the students while you did the same humming a small tune acting all carefree knowing everyone nearby was watching in amazement and slight confusion

Example 3:

A few months went by without any incidents with the team or with anyone in the mansion actually listening to you when Charles wanted him to do something but they knew he was doing it off to the side where no one was watching him but kept to the guidelines

So, while you and Charles were outside by his favorite tree that a student had fixed up for him since her gift was similar to poison ivy's gifts and restored it and you started reading a book while Charles was grading some school papers but somewhere in the mansion Scott and Logan were fighting

"Charles they are fighting again the hanger and it soon about to get physical" Jean spoke out to Charles mentally which made him sigh physically

"what's wrong?" you asked

"Logan and Scott are fighting again and they just back from a mission as well" Charles spoke out as he started packing things up but you teleported his papers to his desk with a small smile "try to calm them down we will down in a few moments" Charles replied back to Jean in her mind before getting up

He looked at you with a soft chuckle as you both stood up and teleported to the hanger but you got in front of Logan and Charles was next to Hank and Raven but just as you got there Logan let out his claws to your chest which was meant to be a threatening look to scoot turned to hurting you in the process which made you gag a bit of blood

"Y/N!" Scott spoke out as Logan instantly retracted his claws and you laid limp as you fell onto the floor as Logan backed up off of you in shock while everyone else but Charles went to check on you and Hank kneeled next to you on your left and Jean on the right

"you'll be fine I'll get you checked out" Hank spoke out as you slowly started to breath a bit as your body was slowly healing up the wounds that he made

"that was my favorite shirt asshole" you muttered out weakly as you inspected his shirt as they all backed off of you in shock while you slowly sat up and stood in front of Logan casually but with a tinge of pain since you were used to the healing process yet despite it being like 20 years or so since you last got hurt "why were you fighting?" you asked as you poofed up a napkin to wipe the blood from your mouth

"why are you not dead?" Logan asked as he looked you over confused as well as everyone else since they weren't giving you an answer to your question

"I asked first why were you and Scott fighting again?" you asked annoyed as you fixed your shirt a bit not caring that they shirt had holes in it that revealed your bra a bit but you didn't care

"you" Charles replied as he took off his jacket to give to you to cover you up "Erik made a comment and Scott started to tease Logan about it since it was a reactional type of comment" he added casually which made you more confused at the comment in question

"and what was the comment?" you asked Charles with your hands on your hips in annoyance not from the shirt but from their attitude as well

"it all started with 'I'm going to ask out Y/N for dinner what do you guys think should I try?' And that was from Erik and Scott added on 'I wouldn't because Logan here would kill you for touching or chatting up his girl' and that started to annoy Logan because he got all protective over you" Charles explained which ensued an awkward silence since them all but Raven, Charles, Scott and Jean who didn't like you in a romantic way

"oh...ok..." you replied awkwardly as you looked down a bit not sure what to do before awkwardly teleporting away knowing they were probably going to harass Charles about numerous things while you sat in your room wondering what to do since you didn't know Logan liked you in the same way along with everyone else and now that you did you recalled all the things Logan let you do but no one else was allowed to do

Finding a solution:

After a few days of staying in your room you decided to suck it up and teleported into the main foyer after getting washed up and such and went to find Logan who was by the school gates had a smoke since Charles let him have a smoke there

"hello Logan" you spoke out after a bit as you slowly walked up to him and took a puff of his cigar before turning to you while his hand flicked off the ash

"hello Y/N long time no see" he joked a bit awkwardly since you hadn't left your room in the time of the last argument he had "how ya feeling?"

"I've been alright but I've been thinking and I rather go out to dinner with you than Erik if that's ok with you at some point?" you asked with a small awkward smile but had a small, tinted blush to your cheeks

"yeah that's fine with me" he smiled widely at you which was rare for him "does this Friday sound good?" he asked after a bit with a slight confidence boost than before

"yeah that's fine" you replied back shyly with a small smile

After you guys made it official there wasn't that many problems around school accept the occasional threat towards Scott and the flirty comments from Erik but you didn't mind it since Logan knew that you weren't going to cheat on him anytime soon but still does it for afight or an argument
