When Stiles got a high paying job that made about 60k a year as an FBI he had enough to make the wealth of a rich man with too much money and despite having that much and has 3 cars and 2 holiday homes he wanted his jeep so he made sure that his daughter got her license before booking her a taxi to beacon hills but not after giving you a briefing

Now you weren't a spoilt child despite being raised into a rich family who could buy you what you wanted without asking for it but you were like your dad in many ways and half the time he liked it that way but he wanted to spoil you anyway even if you didn't want him too

The briefing you ask would telling you where people lived and who people were meaning his pack and how to act with them if and you meet them which you nodded at understanding the assignment given to you and since it was summer and you had no work to do and nothing outstanding to hand in late you could do this for him

When you got to Beacon Hills, you walked around using his map you mentally remembered and got to his house while seeing a few more cars outside than normal making you take a silent breath

"ok wolves with good hearing so do this quietly and we can go" you muttered to yourself so only you could hear as you got into the house since the door was already open and grabbed the jeep keys from the bowl since it had a wolf keyring on it

When you got to the jeep you smiled as you got in and started it up before going to drive it seeing that it had half a tank in even though he said it should be full but you shook your head and started to drive it while putting in the gps to where you lived

When you got to the nearest garage you filled up the rest of the tank using your dad's card since he gave you it while he was preparing yours and started driving but when you got to the border of the town Derek was in the middle of it looking like a stern parent with his Camaro parked on the side

"why have you got the car" a voice spoke out to the side of you making you jump slightly as you saw Scott hanging on the car by the window

"a friend wanted me to have it" you replied since your dad said never to mention his name to them via his real name or his nickname "and its inherently mine" you added a bit smug since he said you could have it as well as him

"no, it belongs to my son since the chief Stilinski said he could have it" Derek spoke out as he got to the car just behind Scott since he was still an alpha to him

"your son?" you spoke out confused since your dad never mentioned a son to you when he mentioned the Hale family

"yes my son Eli" Derek replied which confused them both since they both thought you were a local

"news to me" you chuckled awkwardly like your dad would and they both picked up on that since they both gave you a look

"give me a second Derek" Scott spoke out as he went to make a call by his bike while you and Derek had a stare down from his current standing position

"don't even think about driving off" Derek spoke out as he took a step towards you but you shifted a bit in your seat in intimidation and moved to make a phone call too and when the called was made there would be silence on the other end of the phone since he told you that there would be but he made a noise to know that he was listening to you and that he picked up

"hey...listen did you know that Derek had a son?" you spoke out as you eyed Scott and Derek from the side of the road but they both looked at you confused on why this friend was interested in Derek's son

"what?" he spoke out confused but made his voice deeper thinking there was other people around you

"yeah he's called Eli apparently but I haven't met him or seen him in passing" you spoke out as you watched Derek "but Derek said that sheriff stilinski said that Eli could have the car so what should I do?" you added after a bit as you watched them as Scott got off the phone to whoever he was calling and watched you carefully

"well, the jeep is mine so take it back home" your dad replied as he hung up the phone after letting you know he would text you if he had any more questions or instructions

"who was that?" Derek asked confused as his son was a point of interest to you both now him more so than you

"my friend who was surprised as I was about Eli" you replied as you set the phone in the middle compartment before starting to drive of in highspeed making them both jump to go to their vehicles and follow you

After 2 hours they both lost track of you on the road and you headed back to your house while you assume they went back to Beacon Hills to consult everyone else but you kept driving

When you got to the house which was another days drive and parked it up on the drive and took a deep breath which ensued and long yawn since you didn't stop for sleep just for food and got out of the car and headed inside

"I'm home!" you called and got greeted by your mom

"fathers at work dear he won't be long" your mom spoke out as you nodded as you motioned that you were going to have a shower then to sleep since you needed it

It was the next day when you woke up and your dad was on the phone to someone while you were having breakfast platter made for you since you hadn't eaten in a long time

"look sourwolf I don't have the damn jeep I left it in Beacon Hills when I left the town" your dad lied as he joined you at the kitchen table with a grin on his face as he kept making up the lies as they talked before hanging up

"we are going to get it fixed and you can have it as your personal car since I know you like it as well" your dad smiled making you nod happily as well because we breakfast ended you both went to the nearest garage for it and got it fixed along with some modifications you wanted which was a disc and cassette radio instead of the normal radio it had in it

A month had passed since the problems in Beacon Hills were dealt with they all met up at your dads house and they were having a fun time catching up with each other and getting along until you walked through the door from school

"dad just to let you know I might need some money for a laptop since they are not taking in any handwritten notes or essay's anymore" you spoke out casually since you didn't see any cars outside and walked into the living room to see them all sitting

"we don't have the jeep you said it's not here you said" Derek growled at your dad when he saw you and remembered you were the one who took the jeep "you had it the whole damn time" he added moving to stand up annoyed

"not my jeep its hers so if you want to have it you have to ask her the car is in her name as well as all the repairs and small paint job" he spoke out casually as he took a sip of his coffee since you added Scott's and Derek's wolf mark on the car

"but your dad said Eli could have it" he shot back annoyed as he pointed to his son

"because I left it there but it was still in my name so in a sense my dad was giving away something without my permission" your dad replied back with a grin because he knew he was right in that sense which made Derek growl again

"calm down sourwolf if Eli wants to take it for a joy ride here are the keys but he has to bring it back I'm going to my friends to study tonight since they need help with biology and history" you spoke out casually as you put the keys on the kitchen table and moved to grab a drink from the fridge humming the star wars theme

"you can take a different car while I have this one" Eli tried to negotiate as both your parents were arguing

"look Eli I would give you the car but my dad insisted that I was mine it is in his will and everything so he told to take it I had no idea prior to taking it that it was yours or anyone else's" you explained after taking a sip of your drink "and when your dad mentioned you we didn't believe you existed well my dad didn't so I kept taking it back here but he is right in what he was saying the car was in his name so his dad had no right in giving it away to whoever he wanted it to" you added with a sad smile

"I mean you are right but can't you just let me have it..." he spoke out with a soft smile

"or I could buy you one?" you replied with a small chuckle

"what?" he spoke confused

"we can buy you a jeep like that if you like that model since my dad can pay for it in your name but your dad will drive you until you have a license" you replied back with a smile as your dad listened and nodded before getting on the phone with the car company

"what is he doing?" he asked confused as well as everyone else

"buying you the car and delivering it to yours or well his house in Beacon Hills so you can have it class it as an early or late Christmas or birthday present from us" you smiled again before grabbing the keys and your bag before heading upstairs to your room

"but Stiles can't afford that" Scott spoke out making you stop at the bottom of the stairs with a small chuckle

"he has 4 houses that's including this one, 3 cars, did the repairs on mine which cost like 3k and has enough to do trips every year for school holidays and such so he has enough Mr. McCall" you spoke back making them all shocked as they looked at Stiles while you walked upstairs casually "I don't ask for a penny of it I just get spoiled for the sake of it!" you called before shutting your bedroom door

"what color do you want the car?" your dad asked calmly and casually as he looked at Eli intently so he doesn't get it wrong for the order

"uh...red with a black line running at the bottom of the car" he spoke out unsure and Stiles nodded as he told the guy on the phone than paid for it as well as some car tools and such for that model before hanging up the call and told them it's been ordered and sent to Beacon Hills
