Imagine being Colin's girlfriend during the filming of season 1 of Merlin and spending time with him when he's not filming

I found inspiration for this one due to the picture above and I found it so cute, and I felt bad for how Colin is treated hehe

Thought I would add some bloopers that I thought you guys would like to heh I apologies if it isn't good, but it got a few chuckles out of me

You and Colin and had met during the filming of his episode of Doctor Who since you were one of the other characters on the show, but a relationship blossomed out of the show and soon the fans for Colin were finding the small hints that he was dating someone

When Colin got auditioned and accepted for Merlin you had both been dating for about 5 months and the fans didn't know about it but up to him doing Merlin which you soon got to be a part of after about 4 episodes in and his love interest which as easy for the both of you since you were both dating anyway and liked to mock Arthur in the show

Flashback to a recent blooper that was made for an episode

Arthur had burst into Gaius room to search for any form of magic since he was assumed of working with it and they started to suspect merlin to so as they were about to leave Leon suggested that no witch or wizard in this kingdom would kill him

You and Merlin shared a look as if to say 'well we have our work cut out for us every day' before looking back to Arthur wondering what his next move since the room a mess from his soldiers was already

"Why does everyone want to kill me" he spoke out in his usual annoyed tone making you grin and break character slightly and Colin made one small glance to you which would play off as him being protective could see the cogs in your head turning and held back a grin, so his look turned firm as he looked back to Arthur

"Merlin has a list under his bed, would you like me to fetch it for you my lord I can list a few for you" you spoke in your usual tone for your character motioning to Merlin's room for a bit before everyone burst into laughter and we had to redo the scene again

When people started filming around the place for fun you and Colin got shipped more together in and off the show which people loved but the bad thing about filming in such a bright environment Colin couldn't be allowed in the sun which is where you preferred to be in so you mainly spent your time with them but you missed Colin at the same time so you evened your time with them both so as Bradley was up in the balcony with his camera he was filming Colin who was sitting on the entrance steps doing his homework he started to commentate on him

"Colin's doing his homework" he spoke out zooming his camera towards him as someone walked over to him and told him to go into the shade due to him not allowed to get a tan making Bradley chuckle at him but grinned amused as he was packing his stuff to move into the shade

But as he got settled you arrived with him moving your sunglasses to the top of your head and opened your laptop next to him to do your own thing next to him since you didn't really need anything done so you mainly just did stories since it was your side hobby

"Colin's been told off and been ordered to move out of the sun and into the shade because he keeps getting a tan" he added to his commentary "but don't worry his lovely girlfriend has joined him for company and he will be fine with her" he added with a chuckle as he started running a small commentary as the day went on until they are needed for a scene again

After about an hour we got back to filming in the main throne room, but you were outside the room getting a tan by the window just listening to the scene, but Bradley kept messing up his lines, but you knew the cameras were still live

Arthur was trying to stop his knights and merlin from going adventuring in an uncharted area filled with monsters while walking up and down the room to prove his points while everyone listening and said their lines perfectly but when Arthur started again, he messed up again

"I'm an idiot" Arthur sighed, and everyone looked at him knowingly without breaking their character knowing that the director or editor would be able to fix it, so you got up acting like you were about to tell merlin something but walked next to him

"If you're waiting for the room to disagree with you Arthur it is going to be a long night and we need to collect herbs for Gaius" you replied as you pulled merlin back to follow you before everyone burst into slight sniggers while Arthur gave you a deadpanned look before laughing at you while Merlin held you close by wrapping his arm around your waist

When the night came to an end you and Colin checked your twitter and saw the fans started shipping you both, so you guys decided to make a video for twitter proudly and officially telling the world about your relationship and being cute about it since you always got shy when he spoke in his actual voice and not just the one, he used for the show

In the morning the cast had saw the video and began teasing us all morning bout it but mainly congratulating us since they didn't know and they just thought that you both were just oblivious about the love you two both shared, but you shot back to Bradley with:

"Well, it's a bit like Arthurs and merlin's relationship in the show they are both oblivious as well" you joked before kissing Colin's cheek and went to wardrobe leaving them alone to simmer with that sweet burn but colin followed you since he was in the sun and knew he wasn't allowed

Bonus blooper

A few scenes went by, and you got to torturer someone for a change, and you couldn't help but take advantage and try to take the scene seriously but with the knights in the room as well as Arthur and Merlin

You are too a deep breath to get into character before the director said action and the guys said their lines before you walked in and held back a grin

"Hello dude first question and your answer will get you killed if you give me a wrong answer" you spoke out acting scary while Leon and Gwain who were in on the joke pulled up their swords slightly to threaten him causing him to get scared "are you a Merthur shipper?" you asked getting in his face

"what's Merthur?" he asked confused as the two knights pulled out their swords and merlin started fake crying as he walked to Arthur

"He doesn't ship us baby" he cried as Arthur held him close while glaring at the guy in the chair

"But that's the first rule of Camelot" he said as if the guy committed treason and wanted revenge, so he respectfully handed a sobbing merlin to Lancelot for comfort and went to the guy annoyed "ship Merthur or die" he spoke forcefully and he started to fake hit him and the knights joined him before a fit of laughter was erupted from everyone
