In this story, Ciel would be 18 and the reader is 17 and betrothed to ciel

This would be following after season 1

After 5 years from the traumatic incident that befell Britain and ciels traumatic memories of the past coming back he eventually got back to his normal routine of daily life you decided to change the routine that ciel would normally keep up to something a little more fun

Around midday ciel and I would normally be having tea and cake while discussing natural matters but you decided not to join in this time and try to imitate what else I had in mind

You were position in ciels bedroom which was rare due to us only courting and sat on his bed in a plain while lace that I had picked out not that long ago and after a bit of the unsure feeling to go through with it since I wasn't sure he would like it but I took a deep breath which got you a bit of courage and called out for him

"Ciel can you come here for a bit I need you to help me with something!" You called which normally echoed through the halls despite the door being shut

After a small, while you could hear only Ciel's footsteps coming along the corridor smiling to myself nervously but happy that he came alone or so I thought at the time but once he opened the door and saw my attire he looked a little shocked stepping back slightly before he had a small smirk on his face before slowly shutting the door behind him

"Well I must say you do look gorgeous in white my dear" he spoke looking back up at you before he started to walk over towards the bed but when he got halfway across the room they both could hear the familiar footsteps of Sebastian coming to see where his master had got to but as the footsteps got closer ciel got slightly annoyed

"Sebastian if you open that door I will personally kick you out of the house until I see that you can come back" ciel spoke as he pointed to the door as if Sebastion was directly behind it mildly annoyed

"But my lord your tea is getting cold in your study so I thought I would bring it here" he spoke through the door while you shuffled and got up from the bed which got the attention of ciel who watched as you went to put on your robe that was hanging off his desk chair to cover yourself in case he came into the room blushing darkly

"I don't want it anymore leave me be" he replied with a sigh then turned to face the door opening it but not enough to reveal you to him but Sebastian could see me from how far the door opened up

"If I knew you wanted privacy my lord I would've left you alone" he apologised bowing slightly

"Its ok sebby...can you get may-rin for me," I said quietly blushing more avoiding both their gazes

"Certainly ma'am" he bowed and walked off with the cart in hand leaving me and ciel alone in the now awkward room

"Maybe another time...I've interrupted your lunch," I said with a shy smile as I awkwardly looked up at ciel

"Nevermind that my lunch can wait for you however cannot" ciel replied sighing as he looked down before turning to face you "I can order him to stay away for a while as well as the servants" he added moving towards you

"You don't need to order him to do anything even if it's a few hours without seb by your side" I spoke out quietly "I thought a nice routine change would be good but even then I have to do it in your free time" I added quietly

"I do if this same thing happens again I will make sure we are undisturbed" he replied calmly just as may-rin knocks on the open door awkwardly

"You called miss" she spoke out nervously watching us both hoping she didn't interrupt anything before ciel sighed walked out the room mildly annoyed mainly at Sebastion then you

A few hours pass

After you had gotten changed and had gone out to explore the town and some stores getting some things ordered for me just to give ciel some time to calm down or to discipline his butler of the events that occurred

You walked to where his office would be since around this time he would be doing some paperwork for his business.

As you walked up the main staircase you passed Sebastian on the way since he was most likely going to make dinner

"The master is in his office having his afternoon tea malady" he replied resting a hand on his chest and bowed slightly

"Thank you," I said quietly slowly walking to the room you could feel Sebastian's stare along with a small smirk as he watched you go before heading to do his duties

When you got there you shyly walked in and looked at ciel who was taking a sip of his tea which looked freshly brewed not that long ago

You went to grab a book from the many he had resting on the shelves and sat on the nearby couch by his desk I slowly opened mine and started to read

After a few moments ciel got up from his chair and moved to sit next to you and rested his head on your shoulder "so how was work?" I asked quietly putting the book down

"Fine but not important since the company will do fine even if I don't do anything" he muttered lazily

"Ok," I said quietly as I slowly went back to reading but after a while, you moved one of your hands from the book to his intertwining your fingers with his

Once ciel felt your touch he had a small smile on his face when he pulled your hand close to his lips leaving a light kiss on the back of your hand causing you to smile softly

A few days pass

You, ciel and Sebastian went out on their annual trips to the town to grab a few things ciel had ordered but I slowly went to a different store for a few things leaving ciel and Sebastion to get his new cane since the last one broke

"Sebastian I want you to give me and y/n alone time for a few hours" he requested mildly annoyed that he had to ask

"Of course my lord should I tell the others the same?" He asked courteously but had a small smirk on his face

"No, they don't need to be informed" he spoke not looking at him in the eye annoyed as they walked before entering the store showing a calm look

When they got back to the house Sebastian took the necessary boxes to the servants quarters since he couldn't take them to ciels room

"Wheres Sebastian going?" I asked confused as ciel takes your hand

"I asked for some privacy that's all" he shrugged as he slowly led you to his room

"Oh...ok" I spoke confused for a bit but smiled to myself as I walked with him to his room

"Don't worry dear we won't be needing him for a while because you'll be under my care" ciel replied calmly and he squeezed your hand softly causing you to smile nervously

When we got there ciel shut the door behind us and locked it before turning to you with a small smirk "would you like to go through with this?" He asked as he slowly pulled his necktie undone

"Go through with what ciel?" I asked nervously as I slowly sat on the bed while he slowly walked over

"To continue what you wanted a few days ago" he whispered resting a hand on your cheek softly which you slowly leaned into slightly closing your eyes before slowly opening them and looked at him

"Only if you want to as well my love" I whispered shyly blushing a bit

"Of course I do or else I wouldn't have asked the nosey butler to give us privacy," he said softly before kissing you sweet and loving but got deeper after a while
