We shall never part (Discontinued)
The king of ants, once powerful and mighty, Lay weakly in a human girl's arms as he began to perish. As he felt his strength melt away, He asked The human girl with his dying breath, to hear his name once again. One last time. Not the king of ants, but his real name that his mother had given him.
The girl who cared deeply for the king, of course complied with his request. She pet her hand across the turtle shell that stuck to the King's head, whispering his wish outloud for him to hear.
"Meruem..." She said quietly, her energy fading along with his, for she too were dying of the same poison that was killing the beloved king.
A small smile came to the chimera Ant's face, The glow in his eyes slowly beginning to fade.
As his Sight began to darken, his senses and heart coming to a stop..he heard faintly one last phrase before he fell into his eternal slumber.
"Don't worry...I'll be with you soon..."
Meruem Opened his eyes, squinting and holding a hand over his eyes at the burning light that shone. Clearing his vision so he could see properly see, he glared out at the world around him.
"Where Am I...?" He mumbled, his violet eyes piercing the air with a fierce glare. The area around him was barren off all signs of life, dark red and black everywhere.
"This land is pathetic...but that is not the issue at the moment.." He said, standing up. Looking around a deep, fiery Rage set into his heart. "Komugi!!! Where are you! Show yourself at once!" He shouted, looking around in all directions.
"Perhaps that girl was not brought here like I was..I will survey the area and look for my precious Komugi.." The king stated to himself, jumping into the air, landing on a cliff somewhere before he would jump again. He leaped from place to place, calling out for Komugi.
Every time he couldn't hear her voice respond to his calls, The rage in his heart Grew and grew. Whoever had brought him here and separated him from his precious Komugi would pay dearly.
With their life he might add.
The girl watched as her beloved King died in her arms. Though he showed no signs of it she could tell he was at rest now. How was she to know if he was looking her in the eyes or not after all...she was blind. Always had been and forever will be. But that's alright she is okay with that and had learned to accept it.
Her chest began to have with pain, the poison slowing eating her Insides. She began to cough, blood leaking from her mouth.
Shakily she took her last breath, using the last of her energy to hug her beloved, dying by his side just as she had promised. She kept her promises..especially to someone as special as him.
The lavender haired girl, saw darkness all around her like she always had. However the pain in her body was gone and she no longer could feel the form of the king in her embrace.
Slowly she patted her lap, The weight of the King's head on her dress gone. Worried she began to look around, worried for her king.
She worried not for her own life but the King's happiness, not wanting to make him angry when he could not find her. She felt around her and grew quite confused, the area no longer smooth like the floor she had been sitting on, but instead fluffy and light like clouds.
She had heard of what clouds looked like from The king, who would tell her about the things she could not see. Oh how she missed being able to sit by the King's side as she heard his voice next to her, the velvety rich tone that was pleasing to her ears as he taught her about what she couldn't see.
Those happy memories just made The poor girl Worry more, and she shakily stood to her feet. She held her hands out in front of her, not knowing what the area around her was like.
As she walked she thought to herself, wondering if their was any people here. All she could hear was the sound of her own footsteps, stepping on the soft clouds.
The fear in Komugi's heart had ebbed away for now, the important mission in her heart was set. She would do anything to complete her Goal.
She would find her king no matter what..
The king walked around, examining the new area he was in. The king came upon a figure who stood alone in this Firey world.
The king felt that this person was of no threat to him, His En informing him of the emotions in their heart.
There was not a hint of Malice, only sorrow and regret. The king approached them slightly, stopping himself from moving very far.
"You there. Tell me, where Am I?" He called to the figure, His violet eyes staring down their back. They turned around a little, not even facing him fully. The king felt disrespected by this, the rage in his heart which he had set Dormant began to grow, begging to be released and used.
However the king had learned, holding in his rage and saving it for later was a way he had matured as A Chimera ant, no..a person.
"Your in hell..." The mysterious figure said, Not a trace of fear in their heart. They could sense his Aura and they knew how powerful he really was. The king didn't have to activate the pyshical Aura To show his immense Power.
They were not scared of death. They were already and forever would be dead. Even if they died again in hell they would just come back. Who cared about life and death in this place anymore.
"Hell?" Mereum tilted his head. "Ya your in hell it's the place where people who have done bad things like us Go" The person explained before they walked away from the king, Not caring nor knowing of his rank.
The king did not watch them go, instead he put a hand to his chin and looked to the sky in thought. "Hell...I am in hell...perhaps this is a way to atone for my actions of the Past.." He thought, looking the sky all the while.
"It would make sense that my precious Komugi would not be here...she is too pure of heart and mind to be cast away..." Mereum said to himself with a smile.
"I do recall a place called heaven now..I remember the stories about this place.." Meruem's smile faded away. "I shall study this place until I find a way out...a way to find my way to you.." The king declared, a fierce look in his Violet eyes.
"My sweet Komugi.."
Komugi had been walking for a long time, not that she was even aware of how much time had passed. Komugi was weary from walking and her arms were sore.
She had held her arms out for hours now, of course the bloodflow had made her want to put her arms down. However the one thing this girl knew was that she did not have her cane, nor was her king anywhere to be found.
Perhaps he had run an errand and arrived in this new place before her. She was aware that is was new, and the people who had helped her were no where to be found either.
That fact did not concern nor worry her. All she wanted was to rest from this weary walk. However she would only do that when she had found her king.
The tired and weary girl continued on her venture, Unaware Of the Figure who stood up ahead.
Komugi in her blind state, of course had no idea where she was heading, nor the fact that she was about to run into the unnamed Figure.
