No one P.O.V

Blackout was sleeping peacefully, worn out from working two jobs and barely getting enough sleep. He awoke to strange smell. In his hazy state he wondered if he had caught prey or something. I mean it smelled like blood. That's when blackout remembered he never caught live animals for them to be bleeding.

His eyes snapped open and threw the sheets off himself. He quickly got out of bed and ran toward where the smell was coming from. He couldn't really tell who the blood was coming from but he was very worried to say the least.

He followed the smell until he reached his brother's bedroom. This worried him even more and he quickly threw open the door. Inside the room was akuji, who sat on his bed, looking at his paw. Well where his paw would have been anyway.

There was a bleeding stump as a replacement, his paw having been cut off. Blackout's ears lowered go his back and he began to cry. His brother turned to him, the noise telling him where his brother was. Blackout was to shocked to even speak so instead he just broke down crying on the floor. It wasnt the first thing he wanted to see when he awoke.

Blackout had a million questions running through his head at once, trapping his voice inside his throat. "Brother..? My paw...it..its..." blackout looked to him with teary eyes. What he saw was unbelievable so he wiped his eyes to check if he was seeing things.

Akuji's paw was growing back slowly, the bones growing back first. Blackout went over to him, watching this miracle happen.

It was shocking for them both and the room was dead silent as this event went on. After a good chunk of time, Akuji's paw had grown back completely.

Blackout slowly reached out and tenderly gripped his brothers paw in his. It was just like before like it never had been cut off.

Blackout turned Akuji's arm around a little, examining it. There was a tiny scar on the top of his wrist. Blackout noted that it must have been a reminder that the paw had been cut off.

Blackout sighs relieved and hugs his brother, trying to calm down. Akuji just made notes that if he hurt himself he could heal. With this info akuji would try to hurt himself in many different ways in the future.
