62 (MISS B AND THE GAME OF NUKE 'EM)

My hands are still quite shaky from the events of today, and I also am rather distressed. (This stems from other happenings today, not just the story I'm about to tell you.) My memory often goes haywire when I'm upset, so I'll recount it as best as I can.

So, today in gym, we started volleyball. When we do new units, we usually start out with some introductory activities. Today's little shibang, was, you guessed it: Nuke 'Em. If you guys don't know what that is, it's a game that's kinda like volleyball.

I joined a team with my friend, who we'll call 'J'. Now, unfortunately, our group was largely composed of people that go to reading group. People in reading group leave at 9:30, and my friend is included in this group. She had to leave, which made my anxiety go crazy. I was left alone, in a group of people that I pretty much disliked/didn't really know.

Now, there is a group of people that come in
after the reading group leaves. Miss B is one of those people. Some of my team mates seemed pretty distressed at the aspect of her joining our group, because we were really the only group that didn't have enough people. Plus, she really liked someone (friend way) in our group. So, it was inevitable.

I just stand up with the group and wait for it to be over. She comes over, right next to me, and says "Hi!" really loudly to me in a teasing way. Then, she tries to get me to do some sort of thing with my hand? She demonstrates and her hand accidentally nudges my boob. (:/)

We sit back down and the teacher there gives us extensive instructions on how to play. I appreciated that, but a certain someone did not.  She made really frustrated, loud noises several times when the teacher was talking. It sounded something between a bull and a child throwing a tantrum.

She also interrupted the teacher several times when they were talking. To be honest, Miss B was being real funny during those times. I laughed a bit.

But, then, we start the game. Oh lawdy, I feel like a damn idiot for being lulled into a false sense of security. We start playing, everything is fine for a couple minutes.

But, there's one thing that you must understand about me that triggered Miss B's meltdown. I am very, VERY incompetent when it comes to sports such as this one. My catching and throwing skills suck horribly.

So, we're playing. I try my best to catch the ball but miss several times. My team mates get visibly frustrated but are very nice about it. I apologize several times and warn them about my horrible skills.

I am already scared, panicked, and am shaking profusely. I keep calm on the outside though, as to not start breaking down.

Then... Miss B decides to open her mouth. I almost catch the ball, but then it hits me in the face and I drop it out of befuddlement. Well, rather, it bounced off of my face. I could've caught it, but I was still very puzzled.

She screams, "OHHHH MY GODDDDD!!!" straight at me. I feel like crying, but don't, because I feel as though me crying is embarassing.

She does that several more times during the game, at me and different team mates of mine. She yelled insults at me at one point, but I don't really remember most of them.

I wish she would stop.

The teachers don't do shit. I'm going to go full-ass Karen on the principal if this doesn't get taken care of.
