The correct and only way to talk to a short person is depicted by the bottom demonstration. First, you must knock them over while staying on top of them. Then, to make them feel more comfortable after being knocked over, caress their chin gently. Now! You must smile as to not frighten them, as they are probably frightened by taller beasts of their kind.

Also, as you talk, try to make your words flow and occasionally compliment the small being. Such as "your eyes are like beautiful gemstones dear" or "your arms are so strong, do you work out dear?" The dear is important as it establishes a strong connection with the creature, so don't forget it!

This has been proven to work 100% of the time, so go practice with your short friends, then move on to short strangers, and start socializing the right way!
