Wow! Happy birthday to our V3 Antagonist and Hero, Kokichi Ouma. Sadly I cant cosplay him today but I cant draw and do a cute little starter today. Theres a lot needed to be said but for now I'd like to say thank you for making me laugh my ass off when I played the demo.
