Alright so I'm about to go ham with Saiouma ideas. I cant write these ideas due to how much I cringe writing it but if other people who write oneshots and see this, they can use the ideas! Please credit me if you do though cause I came up with these ideas.  Also sorry a lot of these ars starters I've always wanted a story from it. :(

Mermaid

I did this for my starter so I'm just gonna copy and past it. I even drew art for Ouma's look. I'll change the names for the characters.

You were forced to go out on a boat with you're friends, they planned on going to this shipwreck to go diving. Last time you went on a boat was when you were younger, you had lost your favorite favorite bracelet with your initials on it.

"Shuichi!" You're friend, Kaito shouted. You turned around to see them holding you're other friend's hand. "There's two shipwreaks here so we'll go explore one and you explore the other!" You nodded and went to go put your gear on.

After you did that you climbed off the boat into the water and started swimming to shipwreck you were told to. You got to the shipwreck and started swimming around. You saw a long black fish tail that went into a slightly bright purple. You were shocked beyond belief to see that, there wasnt any creature know that have tails like that color. You decided to follow it even though you were scared it could be a new breed of shark.

You swam up to a dirty glass window to see a boy with purple hair and two different eye colors and a sharp tooth, looking curiously at you. Why doesnt he have any equipment this deep down? You wondered. At the other end you see the purple tail. Just as you were about to warn the boy, you saw a little bit of clear glass and saw the tail belonged to the boy. You couldn't believe your eyes. He was merman! You thought they didn't exist. You squinted to see more through the dirty glass, you saw he had a bruise on his stomach and a small scar on his left arm.

You wondered what happened to him, you noticed something on his wrist. You looked only to see the exact bracelet you lost! He had it but why? The moment you closed your eyes to think you felt something wrap around your torso. You open your eyes to see the boy.

"Hello!"

Crying at prom

Tonight was prom. You knew Kokichi was going with Kaito to prom, you remembered all the time Kokichi told you it was his dream to go to prom with someone he truly loved, he told you he planned on wearing a dress. When he started dating Kaito he bragged about knowing you weren't in a relationship.

You were looking for Kaito and Kokichi to say hey when you saw Kaito kissing another girl. You ran over to Kaito and told him off for doing that. He didn't care at all though.

You went to go find Kokichi but he wasn't inside, so you decided to run outside and go to his house only to see him behind the bushes crying. You felt horrible for him, knowing his dreams were just crushed on such a big night. You went over to him and hugged him tightly.

"S－Shuichi....?"

Kokichi is weary this!

Mute

Kokichi Ouma is know to be the most horrible person in the school but hes also a mute. Well at least the teachers say hes a mute. He does pranks but in return he gets beat up. You never stop anyone from doing so, Kaiti Momota is Ouma's biggest bully. You arent friends with him at all.

Last week Kokichi joined the gardening club. Everyone in that club are lovely and accepting. Kaito had found out he joined the club but in the process found Kokichi wearing a dress. He started attacking the poor person (we dont assume genders from this point). The gardening club stopped Kaito a told him that Kokichi was genderfluid, Kaito being well Kaito started treating Kokichi worse. The gardening club said that Kokichi still preferred to be any pronouns.

Not many people cared but you did. One day you while walking behind the school you heard someone singing near the gardening clubs shed. You follow the singing to see no other then Kokichi Ouma singing. You thought he was mute but his singing was beautiful. You were about to leave before you fell, he saw you and stopped immediately, tears in his eyes.

"P-please pretend you didn't h-hear me...."

College gamer

You were roommates with Kokichi Ouma, he went to your former highschool the year prior. He always played on his gaming console, he loved playing on it everyday. You see him up really late just playing, if he isnt playing his handheld one, he'll play on his Xbox. He always plays Slime Rancher, its always Animal Crossing and Slime Rancher.

You noticed he doesn't really talk much and you haven't made a effort to talk with him. You decide to talk with him after you finished your classes for the day. It was easier for you after all.

The end of your class finally came so you ran to the dorm you shared with Ouma. You walked inside to, of course see him play Slime Rancher, you walk over to him and sit down. "Hello I'm Shuichi, we went to the same school last year." You say.

"Kokichi Ouma. Nice to meet my roommate."

Dead Girl Walking Reprise

"Kokichi step away from the bomb." You say taking a small step towards him. Kokichi wasn't mentally well and was trying to blow up the school. "This little thing? I'd hardly call this a bomb. This is just to trigger the packs of thermals upstairs in the gym. Those are bombs! People are gonna see the ashes of Hopes Peak Academy and they're gonna think 'there's a school that self-destructed not because society doesn't care but because that school was society'. The only place that Ultimates and Reserves can get along is in Heaven!!!" He said with a wide grin on his face.

He was insane, he wouldn't actually blow up the school right? Its against DICE policy to kill people isnt it? You decided to speak up. "I wish your family had been a little stronger. I wish they stayed around a little longer. I wish your friends were good! I wish grown-ups understood! I wish we’d met before. They convinced you life is war! I wish you'd come with me—" He cut you off. "I wish I had more TNT!!" He yelled at you.

You started to wonder what happened to Kokichi, the man you feel in love with. He changed so quickly. Maybe Kaito and Kaede knew. You werent sure but you had to convince him not to blow up the school.

"What will you do now!!!"

I Am Damaged

Kokichi had been running around the school all night with a gun, you've been chasing after him all night. You knew he had mental problems but this was crazy. Stopped a little ways outside of the school gate, you stopped running, standing a few feet away from him. "Kokichi what's wrong-" He cut you off. "I am damaged, far too damaged. But you’re not beyond repair. Stick around here, make things better. ‘Cause you beat me fair and square." You looked at him confused but continued to listen.
 
"Please stand back now, ‘little further. Don’t know what this thing will do. Hope you’ll miss me, wish you’d kiss me, then you’d know I worship you! I’ll trade my life for yours," Your eyes widened. Was he about to kill himself?! "Oh my Atua-" He cut you off once again. "And once I disappear," "Wait hold on-" "Clean up the mess down here." "Not this way!!" You yelled, seeing him hold the gun to his head.

"Our love is God. Our love is God. Our love is God. Our love is God." He put his finger on the trigger with his signature grin, crying. "Goodbye Shuichi, I love you." You run over to him, pushing him to the ground. The gun shot towards the sky, you grabbed the gun from his hand and threw it away from you two. You looked down at him.

"W-why did you do that?"

Freeze Your Brain

You and Kokichi decided to go to 7-Eleven to buy some slushies since he seemed to enjoy them way too much. You looked at Kokichi who was getting a blueberry slushies for himself and you. "I've been through ten high schools, they start to get blurry. No point planting roots, 'cause you're gone in a hurry. I keep two suitcases packed in the den, so it's only a matter of when. I don't learn the names, don't bother with faces. All I can trust is this concrete oasis, seems ev’ry time I'm about to despair, there's a 7-Eleven right there! Each store is the same, from Las Vegas to Boston! Linoleum aisles that I love, to get lost in! I pray at my altar of slush; yeah I live for that sweet frozen rush..." He takes a big slurp out of his slushie.

"Freeze your brain. Suck on that straw, get lost in the pain. Happiness comes, when everything numbs. Who needs cocaine?
Freeze your brain...." You giggled at his cocaine comment. You didn't know he moved around a lot. He handed you the other slushie. "Care for a hit?" I giggled and drinked some. "Do your parents know you eat all this crap?" He smiled a bit. "Not anymore." You looked down a bit feeling bad, he patted you on the back.

"When they were alive, I lived halfway normal. But now its just me and my cat, we're less formal. I learned to cook ramen, learned to pay rent, learned the world doesnt owe you a cent." He sighed and looked at you. "You're planning your future, Shuichi Saihara, you'll go to some college and marry a lawyer!" You giggled at how he was talking about you marrying a lawyer so seriously, you and him take a slurp of your slushies. "Kokichi why do you sound so serious about me marrying a lawyer?" You were curious.

"Don't all smart people marry lawyers?"

Passing out

You noticed that Kokichi would pass out sometimes. Whenever you asked him, he always said he was fine. You left it at that but one day you got a call from the hospital that Kokichi had gotten into a car wreck. You rushed to the hospital to see him. Once you got to the room the nurse said Kokichi must've passed out while driving. You looked at his unconscious body, you began to cry. The nurse left the room while you cried, holding his hand. You couldn't believe your boyfriend got into a crash but he was lucky to only have a few scatches on him.

A week had passed and he was still unconscious, the nurses kept telling you he would wake up. Eventually he woke up, wincing in pain. You hugged him tighty and started crying, "W-why didn't you l-let me drive you to the pet store?"

"I didn't wanna..."
