TW//Periods,Birth Control,Mood swings,Medical stuff,Nausea and Vomiting

To all my AFAB (assigned Female at birth) followers out there,I require some help.

I've recently been taking a new medicine,a Birth control,and it's identical to one my mom took when she was my age to stop her period and make it come every 4 months.

But,I've been experiencing a lot of effects.

I've been crying more often,I've been getting REALLY bad period cramp like cramps,I got Nauseated and nearly threw up,I think I've been having mood swings,and I've been getting more acne.

So,do you think I should stop using Birth control all together,or switch to a new one?

People at my school have been noticing too,and I've been crying more often according to my mother,and I rarely cry.
(I've cried twice today,and that's a new record for me.)

Any help or advice?
