You see,she's specifically in the Two Birds on a Wire AU.

She used to be a lifeless giant Teddy bear Rosie won at a still intact Carnival for Gabriel.

But,after her death....

Gabriel wanted some Part of Rosie back. He was desperate,and he still had that giant teddy...

He used the Peacock to make a Senti-Monster based off his platonic love and grief for Rosie.

She's both a Senti-Monster and an Amok Object at once.

She's a very kind woman with lots of understanding and a rebellious streak against what she sees as wrong. She is also very emotional and is prone to crying her self.
