Killer:

Andre Jonas Toulon,at least this version of him,was born a full blooded Nazi. He was born and raised inside of a family with a hatred of the jewish people,and love for the occult,the Nazi party,and puppets. Andre quickly joined the family business in 1912,and almost instantly started to make living puppets to kill anyone the Nazi’s deemed unfit. He was quickly arrested for this however,and spent many years of his young adult life in jail. After he was freed when the war ended,he quickly moved to America,where he kept making the Puppets and later died. After a rampage in 2018,he went to lay back down in his mausoleum. But,a dark fog took him to a mysterious realm. There,he could lay down punishment to the unfit as long as he saw fit,with the help of his killer Puppets.

Perks:
Hex: Kristallnacht

You have an affinity to the occult.

Hex Totems will be placed around the map,and when cleansed,give the survivor who cleaned them the Oblivious effect for 3/5/7 seconds,as well as preventing them from cleansing any other Hex Totems until the next time they get hooked.

Scourge Hook: Final Solution
Your hatred for the unfit grows by the second.
At the beginning of the trial,4 random hooks are changed into Scourge Hooks;you can see their aura in white.

Each time you hook an survivor on a Scourge Hook,the following effects happen:

Any generators within a 4/5/6 meter radius to the hook will blow up and any survivor working on them will have their aura revealed to you

The hooked survivor will become your obsession (if applicable).

The Pact.
The idea of making deals is disgusting to you.
You become obsessed with a survivor.

When your obsession is attacked by you or by some other method,they will have an 6/5/4 second timer to escape your terror radius. If they do not escape in time,they will cause any survivor within a 1/2/3 meter radius of them to scream and reveal their Aura to you.

Unique power: The Toulon Puppets.

You possess a twisted version of your alternate self’s puppets. They help you in the trial. 

They can attack survivors,but each of them have unique abilities that activate when attacking a survivor.

The effects are as follows:

Klinge:Inflicts the bleeding status effect. Any perks that influence bleed influence Klinge.

Autogyro: Can fly,which allows them to actually injure the survivors like the killers do. Are affected by any on hit perks.

Grashuepfer:Can jump up to block survivors' view of auras until removed.

Money Lender:Mangles on hit,which can slow survivors down by a lot.

Mr.Pumper: Has an unique effect;Bled Out. Any heal attempts without a med kit on someone with the Bled out effect will fail 50% of the time.

Mechaniker:Inflicts Deep wound.

Junior Fuhrer: Survivor’s movement controls are flipped (left becomes right,etc) until removed.

Torch: Inflicts a special status effect: Burn. Burn causes your movement speed to slow waaaay down until treated,and blinds you until treated.

Tunneler: Blinds on hit.

Pinhead: Mangles on hit.

You can only bring 3 puppets max to a trial,the rest will never show up in the current trial.

Survivor:

This version of Andre Jean Toulon has a much more harrowing tale to tell,and now it shall be told. He is a veteran of the 2nd WorldWar,which he fought by proxy via his puppets. After witnessing his son,wife,and friends die because of the Nazi’s,Andre saught revenge and he got it in the from of his own killer puppets. But,after a while of abandoning the Decapitron Puppet,his soul was dragged to a new realm. He detested the fact they had a man who dared to claim that the name Andre Toulon belonged to him and made twisted copies of his puppets. But,there will be no mercy for him.

Perks:

Boon:Otherworldly Mechanics

You learned how to mix magic and machines long ago,and now you will teach it to others.

You can now make a Boon totem out of any Hex or Dull totem you find. You can only make 1 Boon totem at a time.

While the Boon totem is active,the following effects occur:

Generator checks have an 15/25/50 percent chance to automatically solve themselves

When successfully fixing a generator,1/2/3 debuffs are removed from the survivor who did the most work on that generator.

La Resistance

Your fighting spirit never died,and now you will resist the killers harder than ever.

Stunning the killer via any method will give them the Blind status effect for 3/4/5 seconds,and stun them for 5/6/7 seconds longer than usual.

This perk gains tokens for the following actions:

Waking up survivors

Helping a survivor on a generator

Taking Protection hits

Blinding the Killer

Healing a survivor

When at the maximum token count of 6/5/4,this perk activates and loses all tokens,but blinds the killer and makes them drop the survivor they were carrying (if applicable.),and heals all survivors in a 2 meter radius to you for 1 health state. If this perk activates with no other living survivors,the Hatch’s aura will be revealed to you for 4/5/6 seconds.
