Entrapment

In my shadow like form, I entered in a temple, overgrown by nature. Disgusting. I transformed into my human form, looking at this worn down state of the building.

I stood at platform looking at the statue of a god. "Admiring this work of art?"

I turned to see Darkness. The man who founded and created those Elementals, guardians of the mortal realm. "It nice to see a familiar face."

Darkness rolled his eyes, "Not a very pleasant thing to say when wear bandages on your face because of tradition."

I chuckled, "I see you still have your humor." "What brings you here, Deimos?" The shadows formed tentacle like appendages behind me.

"I went because to see how your allies are treating you."

He only growled, "I would ask that to your people and your protectors." I chuckled as the shadows swirled around me. "Your humor is plain dumb just like your attitude."

"If you asked to fight, you could've said so," he said as dead leaves swarmed him.

I shook my head, "Let's not on a sacred place." He scoffed, "Since when did you get religious?" "Since this was a place where the occults happened."

Darkness over loomed us, "Best is to head back where you came from."

I chuckled, "Of coarse , I will leave you alone and remember about our deal." I said as I disappeared into it.

Darkness watched as where she once stood was now left with shadows that only eyes beyond mortal eyes can see. He walked away as he teleported into a dilapidated building where now mortal war has gone on.

Guards rose from dark shadows of floors. "Tell me if you have something good?"

The guards only chanted a tune to him, only he can understand. "At least that is better." He looked at them, "Prepare our agents to a mission. The rest is already given."

They sank into the floors as he waited for the company he waited for. Footsteps stopping, two individuals standing, wanting in formation about his siblings.
