Ability: He is able to track anyone down perfectly as long as he has an item of theirs. His strength has also been increased, to the point where he can effortlessly break ANYTHING. So when he DOES find someone, he accidentally kills them with his strength, which eventually makes him just seek out people just to kill them.

Reason for Akumatization: After arguing with Waverly about if they should continue their search for Cobalt after she believed she found his corpse, Hangry got enraged and accidently killed Waverly. Grieving his friend and rival, Hangry doesn't notice the Akuma flying towards him, nor does he notice a terrifed Cobalt who was recently freed from the Glitch in the distance, who can only watch in horror.
