Motivation: He sees humans as disgusting monsters, so he will make everyone see each other as the monsters he sees them as. (go read SCP-5000 to see what I am talking about)

Perks:

Absolutely Disgusting!: Abominations will rally around 682's current possisiton, and will attack any enemies near by with a 35% increase to attack damage. Workers also prioritize jobs near 682, Uses 4 moral per second of casting.

Indestructible: 682 takes 50% less damage while actively fighting a target, or after executing someone. But the longer he goes without fighting or executing, he loses 5% of this buff, before hitting 0.

The only thing I love: Abominations now cost 25% less to make, are unlocked earlier, and you will receive a 4%  paycheck cut on all of your minons the more you have, with a maximum of 40% off at ten Abominations.

Doomsday device affect: Randomly causes your minions to die, and turn into hostile Abominations.

Ending: 682 is shown looking down at the player from a pile of corpses, laughing out of pure joy, before clawing them in the throat. As the player dies, he shows them his version of the globe, which is a black smog covered ball with  a lighting strikes happening in it occasionally.

Biography: Kept Confined in a cell for most of his life, it's no wonder 682 finds life disgusting. So when he finally got Free, he decided to take actions into his own hands to get rid of the humans he finds most disturbing and disgusting, and for good. He doesn't care if everyone of his minons die, he just wants all life to die anyways.
