Mia is Hat Kid, Adalyn and Kat are Bow Kid, Rumbi stays the same.

Act 1: Nightmare Town. The Mafia is replaced by Nightmares. Mustache Kid is replaced by Desdemonda, and the Wacky Mafia by TattleTail, Cooking Cat is replaced by Plushtrap.

Act 2: Heated Housing Studio. Conductor is replaced by Rosie, Owl express by Bodega Bay Inn, Express Owls by Inn Goers, DJ Grooves by Gabriel, Moon Penguins by his staff, the Moon with the Agreste Manor and its surroundings. They’re fighting for the most recent movie award. Rosie wants the time piece to repair her friendship with 682 after making a too disturbing horror movie for the 42nd award and thus losing the award and a ton of money, and Gabriel wants the timepiece to bring back Emillie, who died during the production of the movie that would go onto win the 42nd award. Gabriel calls Mia “sly”, Kat “kitty”, and Adalyn “Lil’ one”. and Rosie calls Mia “buddy”, Kat “bobcat” and Adalyn “girlie”. Instead of peck and peck neck, Rosie uses the warrior cat clan insults “fox-heart” and “fox-hearted”, among other insults.

Act 3: Hellish Thicket.
Alastor replaces Snatcher, Vox, Velvette, and Valentino all share the role of Queen Vanessa, Subconites are the miscellaneous sinners and the Lost spirits are still Lost Spirits, and so are the Fire Spirits. Mia meets Angel in this act after saving him from the 3 V’s. In the DLC, Alastor has several Mia’s, Kat’s, and Adalyn's steal the 3 V’s products.

Act 4: Skyhigh Skyline. The Goats are the FNAF World Bosses, and the nomads the various NPCS. The thieves are the Enemies from FNAF world. The Purple flowers are HATE, and it spreads like wildfire.

Act 5: Caribbean Cruise.  Captain is replaced by Vaggie, the seals by the Hazbin Hotel workers, and the fish guy by SCP-682. Conductor’s Grandkids are now replaced by Rosie’s Nieces and Nephews.

Act 6: Spider Syndicate
Angel’s dad replaces the Empress, and his henchmen the Naykuza Metro Henchmen. Giant Jumping Spiders pull the trains around.
