Ugh! I can't take pills!

I can't swallow them! But I have to take them to help me!

Stupid mind! I literally put the pill inside applesauce!

As soon as I went to swollow it, I had to spit it out in my hand!

I wanna take it, but my mind won't let me!

Any advice?!
