These are some of my nervous habits I do:

- Play with my hands

- Hide my hands in my sleeves

- Look away or at the ground

- Try to shrink in on myself

- Bounce my right leg rapidly

- Messes with anything in my hands or my clothing

- Sits still and remains quite

- Sits still and looks around

- Plays with my thumb and index finger
