I'm not calling out names because I saw so much earlier.

What is your definition of modesty?

Let me give you pictures of women/men with clothes in today's society.
Comment which ones are modest and not. Okay?

Tell me your honest opinion on these okay?
Disclaimer: I searched these women outfits specifically for ladies my age to follow and, it's scary to watch society, which is why I am making the chapter.

I bet no one will know.
However...

This is what modesty is: not exposing yourself.

What it is to me is that your body is a temple. Specifically, a temple of the Holy Spirit.

Now, yes, we keep our bodies in the best shape we possibly can, however, flashing it off is not good.

For modesty, I would suggest this: and this came from a Senior at my high school last year.

3 fingers rule.
3 fingers under collarbone is modest for shirt down
3 fingers to sides of collarbone for modesty of shoulders as well.
So... If the neck of your shirt is lower than 3 fingers (especially exposing upper chest) and on your shoulders (so basically where a sports bra goes onto your neck, if that's showing... ❌)

Basically... What I'm trying to say is on this...
You have underclothes covering part of your body.
Underclothes.
Not over your shirt and not showing for the whole world to see.

Even then... Showing your stomach can give people the wrong idea. Especially women. Any of your midsection showing isn't the best thing to show to everyone (from collarbone to halfway down thighs should be covered).

So... Here's one last thing before I stop.

That is so true.
We don't want to give everything we want to protect away to whomever sees you.

Same reason why being abstinent from sexual activity is the best thing since, that's a part of you that you were MADE to be for. And... It isn't a special part of you if everyone gets it.

Look, love your body.

I'm not saying to wear jeans and jackets and all sorts of clothes that cover your skin.
I'm saying that you should watch what you wear to protect yourself.

Because there are a lot of predators out there.

Your personality isn't what you wear. Its what you are.
