story time (not exciting. 😂)
So.
Me. Uh, since about halfway through March (during track), I had started to grow hip pain. And... Well, it kept getting worse after I went to the athletic trainer at my school, then my doctor.
So.. My doctor had me had x-rays, da da da da da- and, my hips (two large bones apparently connected to your pelvis), were out of place and that was causing my pain...
So... I went to a different doctor and has a manipulation (basically got popped back in the correct place) and, everything went semi normal.
Not really.
For years... A chiropractor had told my mom and such that one of my legs were slightly shorter than the other.
The fact is, they aren't. My hip was twisted so badly around that, one was lifted up.
It's been that way for years until now...
Um...
Currently... I'm in Physical Therapy.
Because my muscles aren't used to my hip being in the correct position, one side is extremely over used... And the other is very weak.
Which part of this causes my back pain.
So..
Physical therapy is gonna be attempting to get my muscles to even out and such so... Maybe I'll be normal.
I won't be normal for other crap but... That's another thing.
