Virgil's dark side (theory)

We've seen Deceit as Patton's dark side and Remus/The Duke as Roman's dark side.

But, the question I have is... what are Logan and Virgil's dark sides? We'll do Logan soon but right now I'm focusing on everyone's favorite dark strange son, Virgil/Anxiety.

Granted, we know Virgil used to be a dark side but as a lot of people know Anxiety is often companions with Depression or Paranoia.

Not to say Anxiety always comes with one or both of the two. Sometimes it's just that. Anxiety.

Though, I wouldn't be surprised if in one of Thomas's future videos we meet a side that represents one or both of these two things.

Of course, these are not the only things that anxiety can come with but for the sake of this theory's simplicity my main ideas will be around Paranoia and Depression.

There are two possibility's here.

1. Virgil used to be Paranoia and or Depression
Or consider
2. Paranoia or (and) Depression is Virgil's "brother"

Let me explain.

First of all I'd like to point out that about 21 minuets into the video Logan/Logic said "you're just being para- ...expressing an unhealthy amount of concern.".

He was cut off by a glare from Virgil.

Now, this could be good for both theories.

For the, Virgil used to be Depression or Paranoia theory my reason is, Virgil as we have seen does not like bringing up bad things about the past.

Bringing up the word "Paranoid" could make him very anxious because he's worked hard to be a good side. He most likely would feel guilty or angry at who he potentially used to be.

And for the brother theory, Virgil may not like Logan bringing up his "brother" as Virgil and Paranoia would not have a good relationship and if they used to they do not anymore.

For the first one my reasoning is pretty easy to come up with.

Virgil admitted he used to be a 'dark side'. Meaning that once as we all know he was maybe something more than anxiety.

As for reason two, also easy to come up with.

Remus exists. There is absolutely no reason it should be ruled out that depression or paranoia if they weren't Virgil before can't be like Remus in the sense that they are "brothers"

The thing that disproves my brother theory is Deceit.

While it is possible, Deceit has not been confirmed as Patton's "brother". He simply just exists which could be the case with depression and or Paranoia. And I'd be ok with that.

The problem with the Virgil used to be Paranoia or Depression theory is that we were introduced to the sides as (to our knowledge) what they've always been. Roman as Creativity, Logan as Logic, Remus as Destructive Creativity, and so on.

It is possible though that Virgil has changed his purpose. I'm not sure if that can even happen but if it did then there is a high probability of him being Paranoia.

As for what I think?

I think Virgil used to be Paranoia. It just makes more sense to me. I'm curious what you think? Is there another possibility that I missed? This is my first theory so, I wouldn't be surprised.
