Okay, so if you don't believe in stuff that hasn't been scientifically proven (yet), turn away now... Please.

Okay, so I've been thinking about what it would take for shapeshifting to be physically possible for an animal. Then, it hit me (metaphorically) in the head. Technically, in my opinion, it already is possible. You see, once in a while, cells in an animal may come out differently, because their instructions, DNA, don't come out right. Then, this cell multiplies, and so on. This may result in cancer, more cell production, different skin color, a better immune system, or nothing at all. Maby it would do something I can't comprehend. Over a while, let's say an animal could live for ever. It may slowly change, an example would be something such as the butterfly, or the frog. That's different though, since the change in caterpillars to butterflies, and tadpoles to frogs, is in the DNA, and the differences I'm talking about are most likely mutations. And mutations take a while to have an effect, unless the mutated cells are at least one of the first cells to show up in the animal. So, if you've got any ideas about how shapeshifting could be possible in an animal, please say.

The other thing I wanted to say was that I'm wondering when you all think I should start my chapter book series. Should I start soon, wait a week, a month, a year? Just wanted to know. BYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)
