"Oh my god, babe, I'm getting on the plane!" Peter Parker said with pure excitement. You placed your phone onto your knees, so you could see him as he walked quickly.

"What? A plane?" you asked curiously. He hadn't mentioned anything about a plane when he left for the Internship.

"Yeah! I just learned about it too! It's going to be great!" he said.

"Where are you going?" you said, shifting on the couch to be more comfortable. You wished you were there with him in the outdoor runway. You were starting to get very bored just being at home during summer break. Sometimes, you wished you had superpowers too.

"Uhh..." He looked up, his earphones swinging on his jacket. Some obscure pop band was playing loudly. What a dork. There was a voice in the background. You strained to hear it. Who is that? "I-I can't tell you."

"What?" you said, confused. Peter looked back at the screen.

"Sorry, babe. Happy just told me I can't tell you." Who's Happy? He made a pained face. You waved your hand.

"It's fine. I don't really care." You really did care - for all you knew, he could be going off to fight against Captain America or something that could get himself killed!

"Sorry." There was a small pause, and the noises of a plane starting up filled the phone speakers. "Oh ok we are boarding now. I gotta go. Bye!" You waved.

"Ciao! Stay safe, Spiderman. I can't survive without my sidekick, ya know."

"I will! And hey! I'm not a sidekick!" You laughed.

"Go before you miss the plane!"

"Oh right right. Bye!"

"(Y/N)! (Y/N)! (Y/N)!" Peter yelled in to your earbuds. You winced and pulled one out.

"Ok, ow. Thank you, dear, for making me half deaf," you replied, putting the earbud back in. He blushed scarlet, and you grinned. "I'm kidding, I'll be fine. Probably. Now what are you so excited about? How's the Stark Internship?"

"It wasn't an internship!!!" he yelled again and then lowered his voice. "Oh whoops sorry. I mean...it's like an actual mission! With guns and fighting and I'm in Berlin and-"

"YOU ARE WHERE?!" you almost shouted. Some people who sat nearby in the little cafe looked at you curiously. You smiled apologetically and went back to Peter. He was grinning wildly.

"YEAH! I'm in Berlin! It's crazy!" he said, excited. You laughed and tried to look behind him.

"Where are you right now? Look's nice." Peter looked behind himself.

"My hotel room! Mr. Stark paid for it, I think. I'm pretty sure." His face furrowed up as he thought. You smiled. He sure was cute when he was thinking. "ANYWAYS!" he said loudly. You smiled more at his enthusiasm. "I'm really excited..." He looked down at the bed sheets awkwardly.

"But..."

"But I'm fighting against some pretty scary people." You blinked.

"Who? Or you-"

"Can't say. Sorry. Mr. Stark's orders."

"Right." A pause.

"Hey, you ok?" he asked, blushing slightly. "I miss you."

"I miss you too, babe." You smiled. "Hey, are you excited to fight these uh people??" His eyes lit up again.

"YES! Oh my god, I'm going to do so any flips and then Imma shoot my webs," he imitated his wrists shooting webs, "and then maybe like punch them..." You laughed hard at his mimicking. "Pew pew pew!" He shot a fake gun at the window. There was suddenly a knock at the window. "Hey just a second! Coming!"

"Who's that?" You looked over as Peter back flipped toward the hotel door, and a man in a white bathrobe came in.

"There are thin walls here," the man said. Peter blushed.

"Oh sorry..."

"Who are you talking to?" The man looked over at the bed, where you waved slightly.

"Hi."

"Is that...your girlfriend?!" the man asked. Peter nodded.

"Um...yeah."

"Just...keep quiet. I'll tell Stark about her later." The man rubbed his head and walked out the door. Peter flipped back towards you.

"Do I need to leave now? Is my memory gonna be wiped? Peter!" You started to panic. He waved his hands.

"No no calm down! Babe calm down! You'll be fine ok! I promise! I-I'll tell Mr. Stark about you and tell him to forget about it and he'll understand; he will! I promise!" He was stuttering now. You smiled, even though still slightly panicked.

"Hey! Hey! Spidey! I'll be fine! I just need you to be safe, ok?" You looked into Peter's big brown eyes. "Please?" He nodded.

"I will. I have to come back for you!" He grinned. You shook your head.

"Sweetie Spidey."

"Love you."

"Love you too."
