my dress rehearsal went fairly well

AOTD: well i have to ALWAYS mention DEXTER by the wonderful wonderful human being who is spiderlad. that story was probably the reason i published and kept writing my own scott summers fic, which soon exploded into a bunch of different fics like SUPERHEROES, LETTERS (oh we all love letters dont we mwahhaha) and even non marvel fics like CLICHE and soon to be star wars fic. without DEXTER, i don't think i would've ever gotten the confidence and motivation to write more and more fics, so like i'm sorry that i mention spiderlad a heck lot but iTS BECAUSE TISHA HAS HONESTLY INSPIRED ME SO MUCH AHHHH

another couple of really amazing fics: LONELY HEARTS by spiderlad becasue like out of it came PAST LIVES and BROKEN LULLABY and that whole freaking series which gives me so much life; LOVE DRUNK by the amaaaaaaazing yoassbutt because i literally was crying over that book and honestly didn't want it to ever end (but also HIDE AND SEEK makes me cry ahhh); HALF THE WORLD AWAY by the absolutely lovely latte-to-go because DANG! amara puts so much work into her books and honestly she is the sweetest person ever so YEAH! and a last one would be PROXIMA by -aqualad because woooooow i've been with that story for like so freaking long and its all worth it cuz it's so good! honestly bonnie and alex make me want to scream of happiness because of how much they love each other.
