Good Books

I've been wondering for a while about something. You know those amazing books on Wattpad - the ones that literally create whole new worlds and people that have you completely immersed in something completely fictitious because it's just that well-written?

Yeah, I was just wondering how does someone write so beautifully? I went through some of the books I've read during my time on here and each book just reminds me of the story it told as if it was a memory from that time of my life rather than just a story I read. I know these characters that unbelievably talented writers have made up and presented to me decorated into a meaningful tale. I have felt deeply sad, crazily ecstatic, simply content and etcetera, etcetera, for these characters as if they were loved ones in my life.

It baffles me that these people that I feel so connected to are people that aren't even real, but simply vivid creations belonging to an individual with a phenomenal imagination and unfathomable talent for telling a breathtaking story.

I aspire to write a story like that, to be honest - a creation that really captures you beyond that of just a piece of fiction to stimulate your mind for a while until you get to the end of the book and you barely even think about it before you find a new one. I wish I could write a story that stays with you like the books I was talking about earlier stay with me - like memories of my own life along with characters that are remembered as if they were people I actually know and love.

Just wanted to talk about it because it really marvels me on a whole new level. These authors who've convinced me that I lived to see their characters break apart, come together, find themselves, fight through hardships... These authors are honestly like superior beings to me. They have powers I could only hope and try to attain.
