It's basically about how even though you may be going through some troubles and sometimes you may feel alone, you must keep fighting and be optimistic and never forget who you are because somebody else might be holding on solely because of the strength they see in you. You may feel alone sometimes, but somebody is always there for you and depending on you, and you may never notice, so you should never give up - you might end up being the reason someone else gives up, too. ❤ I like this heart emoji.
