Falling For You

they say it isn't right to fall too hard

they say it's risky to start too soon

but i can't deny the fact that i'm falling hard

and i'm falling for someone like you

you came too soon, too risky to chase

too hard to get, too easy to be safe

you're everything to me, but nothing as you are

you're surrounded by haters, but you're given so much love

am i too small for your big stage?

are you too great for my simple ways?

will you ever change your mind

or am i to simply wait?

i'm hoping for something hopeless

but it's what keeps my heart awake

i'm loving you, yet i'm unable to

you're not loving me, yet i feel it coming from you

you're so far away

but i feel like you're too close to me

i don't want you to stay

but i hope you never leave

cuz i'm falling hard for you

and my mind doesn't want me to
