A young girl was sitting on a bench at the park, contemplating on a very important decision.

"I think you shouldn't."

"You should."

"Oh, shut up, goody-two-shoes."

"No, I won't! And that's mean!"

"Well, obviously."

"Hmph. Just do it, Anabelle."

"No! You're too young."

"No, you're not! Go and do it before you lose the chance!"

"Sit and wait. Don't do it."

"Stop it, Demon Anabelle. Why do you even exist?"

"Everyone has a bad side, even you! Shut up and stop pressuring her to do things!"

"I'm not! It's for the better! I'm helping h-"

"She's gone."

"Now look what you've done!"

"Me? I didn't do anything! She was better off saving her energy, anyway."

"Oh, crabcakes. I despise you."

"I told you we all have a bad side."

"..."

The old woman, who had dropped her bags, had picked them up and gone. The four-year-old girl had been contemplating on whether to help her or not, but it was too late now.

"Mommy, I saw a woman drop her bags."

The mother replies with a smile, "It's alright. Did you help her?"

"No. I was going to."

The mother pats her daughter's head and says, "It's alright. Just don't go anywhere without telling me, okay?"

"Okay."

"I told you it was alright."

"No, you nitwit, she was supposed to help after telling her mother."

"No, she wasn't. She is only four."

"You're so stup-"

"Look! There's a boy with a lollipop! He dropped it!"

"Don't get it, it's dirty. He can't eat it."

"What? Now you're telling her to not help?"

"He won't be able to eat it anyways!"

"Help him, Anabelle. Your mommy said so."

So the girl looks up at her mother who's in a deep conversation with her friend.

"Mommy, I'm going over there."

The mother replies with a vague nod in her direction. She runs off toward the boy, but trips and falls. She rolls down the hill and the boy watches her as she cries in a heap, covered in mud at the bottom of the hill. He jogs down to her from atop the hill with the dirty lollipop in hand.

"It huuurrttss."

"What's the boy doing? Get out of here, you poopface!"

"He's being kind, dummy. He came to help."

"No, he's watching her cry! He's being a butthole!"

"No, he's not!"

"Anabelle, tell him to get lost."

"Stop telling her to do things like that, you bum! Anabelle don't-"

"Get lost, you butthole."

The boy glared at her and threw the lollipop in her face, making her cry more.

"I told you he was a butthole!"

"No, he wasn't. We were just being mean!"

"Oh, please. Hey, where's mommy when you need her?"

"We don't need mommy. She has to be independant."

"Yes, we do! She's only four!"

"Mommyyy!!"

---

"Why don't you listen to me, Anabelle?"

"You're always calling Demon mean names, telling her to shut up and also telling me to do things that I don't have to do. You're a meanie!"
