How to Calm Yourself when You're Angry or Sad

1. Rip a long sheet of paper (A4 is fine). It's very satisfying, especially that long, loud rip. Then reduce it to pieces and recycle.

2. Grab a marker and a colouring book. Then just scribble all over a page. No other colours needed.

3. Cry loudly and obnoxiously.

4. Wring a doll's neck.

5. Yell loudly and obnoxiously.

6. Replay the same sad songs on your iPod for hours.

7. Bake muffins. Eat muffins.

8. Lie on your bed and do nothing. Tears are allowed.
