Shirou Tokisada Amakusa is a figure of Japanese history who was known as the Boy of Miracles for performing similar feats in life to Jesus. He walked on water, healed people, and one time made a bird land in his hand, lay an egg, and when he opened the egg, there was a picture of Jesus in it. So yeah, he's pretty cool. His arms are his Noble Phantasms, letting him use any kind of magic. He can also cut off his left arm to make a black hole, an attack called Twin Arm - Big Crunch. Only thing stopping him from getting higher on my list is just that I like the servants above him more.
