I'm quite obsessed with Neptune so I decided to give him a friend that he met in the therapy part of the hospital. His name is Rigel. Rigel is a blind and a rather unsettling boy. He is VERY, VERY calm which is the creepiest part about him. No matter what, he always seems calm. Rigel is the friend that seems like he secretly done something horrific, because he did do something horrible but I won't tell you :)
