you know what really gives me chills?
in fire emblem awakening, when you defeat the boss of the chapter (who is usually another human being, by the way). the sound of the final blow echoes, and then the game goes quiet. a second later, the only thing you can hear is the ticking of your exp going up.
it may seem dumb, but it gives me chills every time.
