so apparently yesterday was just phase one of auditions. today we read from a couple more scenes and were asked what parts we really wanted.

THE BEST PART THO:
so when i finished reading i had to go sit back down in the house (for non-theater nerds, that's where the audience sits). i had been sitting next to one of the lead teen volunteers that also happened to be helping with casting. she a) told me i did really well, b) told me she could definitely see me doing the part i wanted (it's one of the lead female parts), and c) told me that even if i didn't get that part, i was definitely getting a medium/large part.
