Omba has a special gift, an inscription hidden in her pot that allows her to take on a humanoid form, albeit made of a plant. No, it was not given to it by Elsu rather another person close to him~

However, Omba is unable to create a face for herself and must copy that of another's. she usually goes with Pauwau's as Omba knows what she looks like best.

Omba doesn't use this gift hardly at all though. Only if absolutely necessary. And when Omba does the Scarlet Lobelia doesn't usually have a face. Preferring not to scar Elsu by using Pauwau's in front of him. But will use one if needed.

Omba's "hair" is made up of a Scarlet Lobelia's petals, "skin" the stem material, "clothes" the leaves, "irises" also of the petals, and Omba has no internal organs but rather if cut open (for whatever horrible reason) one can note that within Omba's "body" is where it's roots are kept.

In this form Omba can move around independently and is a bit more durable than the average human (but no where near a nation-being).

Omba "speaks" through telepathy and is unable to actually form words by mouth, but will move it's mouth in tandem with it's mental words to imitate speech.
