- harbors no empathy or compassion and thinks of life as one big game. The goal? To survive.
- used to preform many experiments o humans but managed to get caught one day and is now locked up in his own personal prison with a straight jacket and a muzzle
- can use a sonic scream (hence the muzzle) and can cause up to third degree burns with his hands if so desired (hence the reinforced straight jacket ...)
- Evan keeps trying to bust him out but to no avail.
- he's escaped once already with us why he's chained and now has a gps tracker chip

- preferred isolated self-experimentation as to avoid the prying eyes of others
- turned himself into a cyborg
- still retains his humanity but only to a degree
- doesn't have to eat or breathe or anything like that really but likes to most times just because
- occasionally has to get someone else to help him with repairs to his cybernetics and such
- hates thunderstorms
- prefers to live with someone else just in case of emergency (due to an old accident. It's best if you don't ask...)
- due to being parlay cyborg now he is highly resistant to psychic abilities (save such as as those that deal with physical objects rather than the mind)
