"Did you really think you could get passed me kid?" He asks, his left eye glowing blue with a small flame coming from the side of it.

I just stare at him, expressionless eyes, but deep down, I could feel all my sins crawling on my back, and regret, guilt, and shame.

"Did you think I'd let you get away with trying to murder them all?" He asks, his form intimidating me, but I don't let it show.

I shake my head hesitantly, I knew I couldn't get away with it, not again..... I had done this a few times....... But never regretted it, like all remorse was taken away from me.

"Then at least you understand why I have to do what I'm about to do." He says raising his right arm.

Something deep inside me was fighting to come out, but I wasn't sure what. My soul appeared, the soul of determination, and so did his attack. Bones began appearing, they shot at me, I dodged most of them, face still expressionless. I sidestepped the bones, but a few hit my arms or legs. I feel so emotionless, yet deep down, I know that this is wrong. Everything is wrong with this very moment, but I don't know how or why.

As I continued dodging the bone attacks, I made my way towards him, moving all over the last corridor. Suddenly it feels like something changes as I swing at Sans, my eyes widen as I stare at my knife, and then at him. I blink a few times and back up a little bit from him, my mouth sealed shut from fear and shock.

"What's wrong kid? Finally realizing all of your sins crawling on your back?" He asks, his arm still up, and his eye still glowing.

Everything looks black and white, and someone is holding back my wrist with my knife. I turn to my right and see Undyne, Papyrus, Toriel, and Chara all standing behind me, Chara holding my wrist back. My eyes blink more as I just stare at them.

"What are ya lookin' at bud?" He asks raising an eyebrow.

My eyes begin watering, Chara lets go of my wrist as I fall to my hands and knees. My knife clinking against the ground after it fell from my grasp. Tears begin falling from my eyes and splatting against the ground one by one, 'Th-They...... They're still here....... After what I did....... I'm-I'm sorry.......' My thoughts continue apologizing as if that'll fix everything, the tears falling from my eyes even faster.

"Kid, are you alright?" He asks, his eyes, well eye sockets widened as he drops his arm to his side.

"My child, you must not kill him." I hear Toriel say in her soft motherly voice.

"PLEASE HUMAN, DON'T KILL MY BROTHER...." Papyrus' voice sounds from behind me, pleading, "THERE'S STILL GOOD IN YOU I KNOW IT, WE CAN ALL STILL BE FRIENDS."

More tears fall from my eyes, a small puddle forming directly under me.

"Come on brat! Do the right thing! If you give up killing, and spare him, you'll be the bigger man! Don't make me regret trying to reach out for ya, you brat!" Undyne says, trying to laugh a little bit making me smile slightly, but a frown replaces it shortly after.

"Don't do this. You're better than this! Don't kill anymore, you can fix all of this! Spare him and continue on! No more resets, just move on, we've got your back. So please...... Spare him....." Chara says, slight anger lacing her voice along with a hint of worry.

A small gasp leaves my lips as I look up, sitting on my knees and turn and stare at her, tears streaming down my face. I lift my arms up and wipe my tears away with the sleeves of my sweater. I nod at all of them, and give them a smile. I slowly push myself up, and kick the knife to the wall to my left. I close my eyes, arms in front of me, clutching each other tightly.

"You think I'm gonna fall for your tricks like every other time bud?" The skeleton with the blue jacket, white shirt, black shorts with white stripes along the sides, and purple house slippers asks with his glowing eye still there.

The color back in the room, my eyes full of life. I just smile at him, a small, sweet, loving smile. My eyes soft, apologizing for everything I've done, but he doesn't seem to really believe me yet.

His arm back up as bones start flying towards me. I just continue to smile as they grow closer to me when suddenly bones appear in front of me to deflect Sans' attack. My smile just deepens as my eyes are filled with warmth. Sans' eyes widen in shock, recognizing who the bones belong to.

He looks behind me and his eyes widen even more as he stares at his brother. He then looks at me confused, "Why is my brother helping you?" He asks.

"I'm not sure myself..... But it's not just him." I say, my voice soft and quiet, "Everything seems to be different this time Sans. Please, you have to believe me."

"It doesn't matter. I have to avenge all of them, all of the people you've killed!" He exclaims using his blue attack on me, bones appear on all sides as he tries to move me into them.

My soul begins breaking, blood coming from my scratched up arms, legs, and face. I sigh and become even more determined, my soul fixing itself as I continue to smile at him. My health at 1/92, I suddenly see a piece of pie floating in front of me. I take it and eat it, regaining all of my health.

Toriel is now visible to Sans, "Please keep it up my child. Spare him."

I turn and nod to her before looking back at Sans, "They're alive..... Somehow...... Please stop this....." I plead with a small smile.

Sans shakes his head to get out of his thoughts, clearly still not believing me.

But I'm filled with determination knowing that Papyrus and Toriel have my back. Sans begins attacking again, but this time a spear appears in my arms, my soul turning green. I block his bones using the spear that Undyne gave me. Undyne appears for Sans now as well.

He continues attacking me, the spear disappearing and a red knife appears in front of me. I stare at it for a moment before taking it and using it to block some of the bones and to move around as I dodge them. Chara becomes visible to Sans as well.
