Soooo lots of people don't know but I'm a HUGE Star Wars fan. (Meaning I love Star Wars, not that I'm huge)

I loved numbers 3-6, I liked number 1, I thought number 2 and 7 was ok, I didn't like number 8, and I pretty much HATED number 9.

I hated number 9 for a lot of reasons but the main reason is Bens and Reys relationship.

NEWS FLASH, THEY ARE NOT A CUTE COUPLE, THEY ARE RELATED

Besides all the kissing and dying and whatever the rest of that was, people tend to forget that Ben and Rey are related, Rey is actually kinda Bens aunt.

Let me explain.

Its not explained in the movies, but the reason Anakin doesn't have a dad is because Palpatine manipulated the midi-chlorians in Shmi's womb. This means Palpatine is Anakin's father. I know its not really the "traditional" way of being a father, but Anakin is his son nonetheless.

Now that we got that out the way, the rest is easy. Rey is Palpatine's granddaughter, Ben is the son of Leia and Han, Leia is the sister of Luke, who is the son of Anakin.

I made a family tree thing to see exactly how they are related and Rey is Bens aunt

If you do ship them I have nothing against you, this is just my opinion
