The Capitol found out about many plots against them. They destroyed more districts. There are now only 5 remaining. When the Capitol decided that wasn't enough for a hunger games, they agreed to join. They named the remaining districts Abnegation, Amity, Candor, Dauntless and Erudite. They were Capitol. Now they have started another Games.
