~first idea~
This is in the YouTube video above where the dream team were half mobs half humans, so I wanted to share the idea. I think you could do this with any Minecraft creator tbh though.

~second one~
Izuku was running around town, bruised from kaachan(they were around 7) when he saw a girl curled up on a bench, in shorts and a tee shirt. But it was late fall so she must've been cold. He went up to her and woke her up, and talked about heros and quirks. Turns out they both were quirkless. They agree to meet up there every sunset they can to talk, and if the other isn't there by midnight, they leave to home without them. The girl's name was ___(or Y/N if you want to), and her parents didn't care about her because she didn't have a quirk, but when she exceled in school in most subjects the parents forced her to tutor her siblings with quirks. Then she had to make her and her siblings always have an A, if not more. Izuku was verbally abused by his father,(in this AU, his dad is a hero and wanted his child to have a strong quirk so they could inherent the hero agency) so they both ran away and became villian's after the girl said their iconic phrase "Someone has got to be a challenging villain, otherwise the heros would be trash!". They worked on combat with a variety of weapons, although they weren't always good at them. The girl was good at throwing knives and daggars because they were small and lightweight, and throwing knives were easy to calculate.
