Blue enters the Cell Games Arena as Cell enters as well, he had a message for Blue which completely threw everyone off

Cell: I have a special rule for you Blue

Blue: And what is that?

Cell: Well due to your tremendous growth in power, you can only use your Galaxy Limit Breaker Evolution!

Echo: What?!

Tengen: He's limiting him?!

Cell: It is also because the last time we fought, you unlocked that form for the first time. And you proceeded to demolish me, humiliate me! And that is why I want a rematch

Blue: What makes you think I will listen?

Cell: If you don't then say goodbye to your sisters

Sanemi: What the hell did he say?!

Noelle: H-He is going that far for a rematch?

Tengen: That bastard! That isn't flamboyant!

Sanemi: Do you think he would care at all? We can't do anything besides hope for that idiot to win

Blue: *smiles* You're underestimating that form aren't you?

Cell: Please I remember how strong you were, you focused on your much stronger form which I have heard you unlocked

Blue: How wrong you are

Blue lets out an earth shattering scream as Blue and Black particles surround him, everyone besides Echo and those who would know from the live broadcasting were blown away from this amount of power

The particles then form around Blue to create the Galaxy Limit Breaker Evolution.

Kanae: B-Blue

Shinobu: He has gotten stronger...he will win!

Cell had a shocked face but he started to laugh, confusing everyone except for Blue who stared him down

Cell: Magnificent Blue! You have gotten stronger! But I believe it will be rude for me if I didn't do the same!

Blue: Hmmm?

Cell then powers up himself as almost everyone was blown away, even Blue had to steady himself on the ground from the sheer amount of pressure

Echo: He has been hiding this much power this whole time?! He is almost as strong as me!

Blue: Damn, he has surpassed the GLBE, he even is equal to Hellwraith at 80%, but I'm not scared.....I'll beat him

Once Cell stopped, it was tension all over again in the air as everyone were anticipating what will happen next. Even the people at home were tense.

With Kanao and the others

Makomo: Wh-Who is this Cell again?

Aoi: I heard he is something called and Android, Blue had to fight him with his Galaxy Limit Breaker Evolution which he just unlocked.

Makomo: He will beat him right?

Kanao:....Yes, Blue will win, I believe in my little brother

Sumi: Beat Him Blue!

Naho: Fight well!

Kiyo: Save Kanae-San and Shinobu-San!

Aoi: T-They are starting!

Back at the Cell Games Arena, Cell gets ready and Blue takes a deep breath before entering a battle pose

Sanemi: Tch, he will win right?

Tengen: Of course he will, it's Blue he never loses

Noelle: I believe that Blue will win!

Vanica: Who do I root for?

Zenon: What do you mean?

Vanica: Well...we are in Cell's side right? But I want Blue to also win

Zenon: How about this, if Cell wins, I'll help you persuade Cell in keeping Blue alive just for you to keep him

Vanica: Yay! Thank you Zenon!

Dante: Is Blue dead? Did I win?

Vanica: What's wrong with him?

Zenon: I think Echo struck him so hard that he received brain damage

Vanica: Ooooh

Doma: Oh it seems that the grand event will start~

Shinobu: Blue will win, and then he will kill you right after

Doma: You really believe so much in him

Kanae: He is our little brother after all, our formidable little brother!

Echo: Blue....don't screw this up

Cell: Are you ready for our fated showdown Blue?

Blue: Of course...how can I not?

Blue's helmet then changes, the front materialises away to the sides of his helmet, exposing his face. The shoulder parts (that both me and Adam forgot about 0_0) does the same and materialises away

Cell: Oh this is new

Blue: This is optional, but I have decided to leave it because I want you to look at the face of the one who you have angered

Cell: Oh you think you can fight against me?

Blue: Fight you? No I want to kill you

The fight begins as Blue applies to pressure to the floor, cracking it and dashes at Cell, landing the first blow to his face with his fist

Cell: Gah!

Sanemi: Yes!

Noelle: He already hit him!

Cell then retaliated by throwing a punch that Blue blocked with his arms, it sends him sliding back but Cell was infront of Blue, kicking him to the side. Blue recovers and dodges another attack from Cell before kicking him in the air

Blue jumps in the air and goes to spin kick Cell towards the ground, however all he hit was an after image as the real Cell was above Blue, he goes to hit him but Cell also hit an after image.

Blue and Cell try to attack each other but all they hit is each others afterimages at immense speeds. Everyone in the area was struggling to see them except for Echo and Tengen.

Cell won the encounter and kicks Blue down to the ground, he lands safely on the ground but slid across the floor. He is then punched by Cell in the face agaisnt one of the four spires.

Cell then fires a few death beams at Blue who recovered quick enough to jump up and leap off the spire to kick Cell and then while still airbourne he delivers more kicks to Cell's face before sending one more final kick to his face, sending him back.

Cell recovers and fires a Kamehameha as Blue retaliated with his own attack

Blue: Final Shine Attack!

The beams clashed and cancelled each other out

Echo: Damn, I know I'm stronger than him but Blue is already catching up to me.

Cell: I'm impressed Blue, you really have improved and didn't forget your other forms, however as big as it is, it still isn't as much as me

Blue: We will see about that, we just started

Cell: Then let us continue

Cell punched Blue in the chest and kicks him in the air before rising up and engaging in a clash, the two connected their fists and kicks together and each contact made caused an immense shockwave

The fight rages on but Cell was just a bit faster, kneeing Blue in the stomach and then slamming him down towards the ground. While Blue was plummeting towards the ground, Cell pursues him and fires a few yellow ki waves at Blue

He sees this and repels them away and just about put his arms in a cross formation to block Cell's punch that dragged them both closer to the ground. Just before Blue's back smashes in to the ground, he breaks the deadlock and places one hand on the ground and then kicks Cell across the jaw

Blue's kick sends him back while Blue himself back flips on to this feet before dashing at Cell. He then dashes at Cell who blocked Blue's oncoming fist with a cross armed block. He then slams his fist into Blue's face sending him back.

Echo: They're evenly matched

Noelle: W-Wow

Tengen: That's it Blue! Show him your ultra flaboyance!

Sanemi: And then I'll kill that Demon over there!

The two engage in another clash before Blue overpowered him and began his counterattack

Blue then unleashed a deadly combo on Cell by punching him a few times, he then kicked him up in the air before continuing to slam his attacks into him, Blue then does an overhead kick to send him towards the ground

Cell smashes on the floor of his arena and it bounced him up slightly. Blue was there to kick him into one of the spires, he recoiled off it and and went back to Blue who drove his elbow into his chest before punching him into the other spire with his left fist.

The same thing happens as he bounces off it and towards Blue who spin kicked him in the air before spin kicking him back down to the ground. He then charges at Cell with his right fist ready followed by a Red Dragon

Blue: Dragon Smash!

He smashes Cell almost out of bounds as everyone was celebrating.

Noelle: He's done it!

Kanae: Yes!

Suddnely Cell got up with visible wounds, he then regenerates as Blue was visibly frustrated

Cell: Did you forget?

Blue: Sadly I did, but I just have to beat you even more!

Cell: Good luck with that

And with that, Cell had turned the tables into his favour, he upped his game and began to pummel Blue with more vicious blows, it worried everyone but they sighed in relief when Blue did fight back and made it seem even again

However Echo knew that Cell was still the stronger fighter. Blue thought that he had Cell on the defensive but soon knew reality as Cell powered up further, beating up Blue even more

Cell: Didn't know I was holding back Blue? Well too bad!

Cell continued to punch, kick and knee Blue, damaging his GLBE form.

Everyone then panicked that Blue was losing, Cell was just destroying him in their fight and thay caused everyone to be scared

Kanae: B-B-Blue!

Shinobu: S-Stop it! Stop it right now!

Kanae: P-Please stop it!

The two had visible tears on their faces as they couldn't watch their little brother being beaten to death infront of them

Cell: Hahahaha! Maybe I have gained too much power for our rematch!

Blue was on one knee as blood was dripping down his head from the top, it was seeping from the left corner of his mouth as more blood was visible from the parts of his body that had GLBE armour until it was destroyed during his pummeling from Cell

He thinks to himself that Cell is stronger than Hellwraith's base power and rivals it at 80%

Echo: Damn...at this rate...if Blue doesn't transform into his Hellwraith Form then he is done for

Noelle: W-What do you mean?

Echo: It will be then end

Sanemi: Hey don't tell me you me-!

Echo: Yes...Blue will die

Noelle: *gasps*

Tengen: Dammit! If it weren't for the fact that Cell gave him that Ultimatum then he would've finished this fight!

Blue was feeling dizzy everytime Cell punched him, he tries to think about what he can do but there isn't a way he can win without endangering his sisters.

Cell kicked Blue across the floor and slowly made his way to him. Blue gets up on one knee again while breathing heavily, he can't use the Chronogan because he is exhausted and it will only worsen him more.

His heart pain was kicking in and Cell's onslaught was already leaving him at death's door.

Blue: I-I need to fight.....I can't....g-give up now! Everyone is relying on me to win! To not die! But what can I do?! I can't do anything agaisnt him in my current state! Cell.....he killed my mother....he kidnapped...my sisters! And he threatened to kill them if I go into Hellwraith Form!  So that is why I need to beat him now!

Blue stands up but barely as his aura bursted and swirled around him

Cell: Is that an extra push i see? So you do have some energy left, but it will be useless now, it's time for you to die now

Blue: N-No...I'm....not going...to die...not...without....taking you out with me!

Suddnely blue and silver particles begin to surround Blue but not in intensity....it was gentle and natural, it seemed perfected like it has done it's task.

Cell was confused at first but goes to fire a death Beam, however as soon as it was going to connect with Blue, the blue and silver particles block it, confusing him even more

Echo: What the?!

Tengen: What's he doing?

Sanemi: It better be something amazing! Otherwise he's done for!

Noelle: The particles....they look...so gentle and divine almost

Blue: Cell! I said I was going to kill! And now I will! HAAAAA!

The particles then surrounded Blue and replaced his current form with something stronger

Echo: A new form?

Tengen: Now that is Flamboyant!

Cell: What is this?! Your power went up!

Blue: This.....power, form and feeling...yeah...this.....

The front part of the helmet materialised away while the shoulder parts folded itself and rested on Blue's back
