What It's Like To Have OCD

Just imagine walking through a hallway in, lets say an office building, and as you're walking to the front desk, you see a stack of papers right? Not big of a deal, right? Well, that's because reader, you may not have OCD. But in this story you do, and as you head to that stack of papers, imagine a painful, maddening, sickly scream telling you to fix those papers. However, you know that you must resits, so using all the strength in your arms, you keep them locked to your side. As you keep walking, keep in mind you're still heading to the front desk, your arms start to shake a bit. You finally reach the front desk, your arms now shaking wildly as you resist straitening the papers. After the lady helps directing you, you leave the desk, relaxing your arms a bit. But thoughts ran through your head, asking why you didn't fix, the compulsive voice screaming at you to turn around to fix those papers. But you get into the elevator anyways, heading to your interview.

(This is what situations like this is for me, not exactly, but pretty close. I decided to write this so that people who don't have OCD can understand what it's like, even if it's just a small example. I hope you enjoyed it, and have a nice day/night/morning/afternoon.)
