Reaper sighed, the sun beating on his face. Reaper cursed under his breath. He got up, after all, staying in one place isn't the best of things to do during a zombie apocalypse. Reaper briefly run to a near by burning building.

"I wonder if there's any survivors here..." Reaper said, swinging his ax at the door. He shielded his face as he walked into the burning building. Huddled up in the corner, was a small body. Originally, Reaper thought it was a corpse, but as he got closer, it  was a small child; still alive but harshly burned by the raging flames.

The young was gently sobbing, burning corpses in the corner. Reaper approached him gently grabbing onto his shoulder. The little kid looked up, his eye gently glimmering with the fire reflecting in them.

"You okay? Why don't you come with me." Reaper stood back up, extending his hand for the child to take. The younger gently gripping his hand, slowly standing up. He gulped. Reaper picked him up, gently running out of the building as it started to crumble.

Reaper set the child on the ground, pulling out his ax as zombies approached the two of them. He swung quickly, chopping off one of the zombie's head. Reaper jumped slightly as he heard a scream sound from behind him. He quickly turned, seeing the child grimacing at a zombie that was bleeding from the eye and from the mouth. Reaper was quick to think and stood between the foul zombie and the small child. Reaper threw his ax at the zombie, slightly missing it. He grabbed a wooden plank from off of the floor and whacked the zombie over the head, soon hitting it across the face before it fell over. Reaper breathed heavily, sighing before laughing gently.

"Heya kiddo, it's alright." He laughed. "I'll protect you no matter what, I promise." He looked down at the ground. "What's your name anyway?"

"Goth..." He whispered. "My name is Goth..." He sniffed, choking back tears of fear.
