"Honey!" Sandy yelled.
Sandy picked up her cat, Honey and put her inside the house. She had just watched her try and pounce on a mouse. Sandy walked away to find a duck on her farm, the one she called Mother Duck, because she always seemed to have ducklings following her. This time, there wasn't any ducklings, she wondered why, but it didn't bother her.
Soon, she found herself looking into a beautiful night sky. Just as she had predicted, no clouds, and just a beautiful starry night. She took her flute case out of the house and went to go outside to sit under the stars. She started to play, tapping her foot to the beat and pressing down on the keys. Her whole farm would hear her play a melodious tune, every night it was different, but it was always beautiful.
Sandy loved to play her flute, and this one was her most precious out of the 5 that she already had. It was her golden flute. She had won this flute for a contest that she had done years ago, a contest was held at a festival that she had gone to, and it was something she looked forward to each year, but that year was her favourite, the year that she really won.
"Sandy! Time to get inside." She heard her mother call.
Sandy packed up her flute and got inside, it was time for her to get to bed, so she changed out of her jeans and sweater into her pajamas. Soon, she found herself snoring away.

She watched as two small mouse eyes stared at her, she smiled and licked her lips. She could practically feel herself drooling for the grey mouse with a pink tail. Her head nodded as she watched the mouse scatter away.
She found herself jumping at the mouse and landing on top of it.

Sandy gasped and looked around her, she wasn't on top a mouse anymore. Just a moment ago, she had been pouncing on a mouse. After a while of breathing in and out, she realized that it had all just been a dream, she saw it in the eyes of a cat, but still as herself. It scared her that she would dream that, and she wondered what triggered that memory. She decided that she wouldn't go too much into it until the next morning.
