Ron P.O.V

I held my boyfriend tight in my arms, who was putting his hands around his throat saddened again.

He had been in an accident that involved him almost drowning, he'd survived, but he'd lost his voice.

His vocal cords were permanently damaged and no matter how hard the doctors tried they hadn't been able to fix it. I had told him I'd love him even if he couldn't speak.

And I had kept to my word. I had been the victim of a storm that had cost me my legs, however my body had been struck by lightning, at the time as well and now I had light blue legs, that fizzled and sparked occasionally.

It never caused any harm to anything but it did make me a lot faster when I ran, if I tried hard enough I could become nothing but a blue blur.

It had been a rough time without my legs for a while and then having to figure out how to control my new ones so they didn't set fire to everything. But I had learned and I had survived.

I took my boyfriend's paws away from his throat, holding them in mine as I kissed his neck, so he would stop focusing on the loss of his voice.

He bumped his head onto my cheek which was his way of saying, he liked the affection and was saying thank you. I nodded and nuzzled his paws.

His shoulders rose and fell, and he tapped my arm like he was trying to lightly tickle me. That was his way of saying that he was giggling.

I laughed as well and kissed his cheek. He kissed my cheeks then sapped his fingers into guns. That means "I got you back!" I laughed and kissed his nose.

He kissed my nose and I smiled. I was happy to distract him from his pain and sadness for as long as I could.

I then cupped his face, and pressed my lips against his. He made a sighing noise and pressed against me, now sitting in my lap.

I held him and smiled when he wrapped his arms around my neck. I pulled away and nuzzled his chest.

He ran his hands through my hair, as I layed there not wanting to move. He made a motion saying he was getting up, and I whined. His shoulders shook, and he pointed at put movie shelf and the TV.

I nodded and let him get up, waiting patiently for him to pick a movie. He picked one and put it in, turning the TV on so we could watch the movie.

He layed down on the couch and I crawled and layed on his chest, snuggling into his warmth. He smiled, pulling a blanket over the two of us, pulling it up till it covered my back.

I mumbled my thanks and snuggled into his fur, enjoying the warmth. I turned towards the movie to see it was maleficent and I watched silently.

I felt his paws creep under the blanket to wrap around my hips. I purred at his actions and placed my paws on his chests. He scoffed silently at my sultry look and shook his head "no" with a smirk.

I nodded and started to paw attention to the movie again, enjoying my lovers warm embrace.
