For those that do not know, somehow, Wattpad just implemented the system where certain locked stories that could be unlocked by coins worldwide. As someone who has been on this site for 4 years, that move did piss me off because the whole point of the site was to read stories for free.

but now that its been a while and my initial annoyance faded away, here is my two cents(H A) on the issue.

I actually sort of support it-

OK, so obviously, I have thought about the matter. The moderators aren't idiots-duh-and it is normally difficult to get your books published in the real world. Wattpad has sort of helped with that, marginally. The coins are...sort of a way to give writers that, to support them.

Not everyone gets that chance-duh-and it is unfair-double duh-but the ones that do, deserve the chances they got. So, writers like yuenwrites, good on you!!!!

Actually, that may be my only complaint about the coins, other than the fact that some of the readers may find themselves unable to pay for said coins.

So, no. I'm not on the 'oh wattpad sux now' boat because, to be honest it is inevitable. But hey, improvise, adapt, overcome, right?

Yeah, it sucks when you're looking at this as a reader, but try looking through a writer's prespective, instead of whining about change.
