Delores Umbridge and Stephen King

There are no words to explain how much I hated Delirous Umbtitch-opps, sorry-Dolores Umbridge. (Pls note the sarcasm.) I hated her more than Snape, and thats a first. I never, EVER hated anyone more than Snivelious Snape. And I hated no one, no one, more than Snape until I read OoTP 7 months ago when I borrowed the book from a friend and got introduced to her great stinkin' mess.

At least Snape had some....somewhat reedemable qualities. Umbitch flat out abused Harry with the Blood Quill. And that is something I could not overlook. But then....I saw something that gave me an idea...

A few days back, I read that Stephen King, the guy who wrote such MASTERFUL Horror novels such as Misery, Silence of The Lambs, It, and many others, has labelled Umbridge as a GREAT villan. Greater than Hannibal Lector in some ways. (Google it, it is true.)

And I kinda get what he is going for...I mean, can you guess that a woman in pink with that face can be an awesome as hell villan, even better than Voldermort himself at times? I mean, she was the primary antagonist of about 3/4 of OoTP.

I mean, just look at her!

I kinda want to make her a story that explores the deep, dark, and REPULSIVE side of her, making her more of a villan than she already is. Think complete control over Hogwarts, getting in league with Voldermort, and Harry and the gang would have the Ministry AND the Death Eaters to face. A kind of rebellion story set post-Hogwarts. What do you think?
