Step 1: we go to antartica but it has to be like a stealth mission since there a most likely more governmental scientists now

Step 2: We befriend the penguins as fast as possible whether it be from bribery with fish or we show our dominance even though we are the lower species

Step 3: We get them to tell us how to get to the parallel universe and we send a team (we shall have signup sheets for the team)

Step 3.5: If the team comes back alive they shall tell us about the other universe and everyone of the anarchy shall decide if we live there or live in antartica

Step 4: Depending on what the higher powers say we shall establish a base in our decided location (still not able to build a military base in antartica)

Step 5: we don't survive, we thrive

Step 6: we work our way up to gods (or whatever you believe in) amongst the government and earth

Step 7: We vibe as gods

Step 8: eventually we shall break apart because ship wars and we split the world in halves

Step 9: we band back together because no matter what obstacles we face we shall all be superior then the rest of the humans because we have penguins
