Quirk: Mutter Mode
Type: Emitter
Abilities: When Mutter mode is active, a dark aura surrounds the user and the user starts muttering about a certain thing wether it be from a hero to a villain and all of that, if a villain or a foe to the user happens to hear it, they will get so annoyed and irritated they either forfeit or want to be taken to jail rather then listen to it
Drawbacks: People will tend to call you out on it, resulting in being embarrassed
